Shipping software with AI is faster than ever. Trickier part is keeping it reliable once it's in production, & that's where most of our time goes. Right now that looks like a live operations system at AYANA Resort Bali, integrated with SAP, Opera, & Simphony. iOS & Android apps for Swiss-Belhotel International. And 2 OpenClaw AI agents running in production. Over the years it's added up to 50+ products for startups, government, & enterprises across Indonesia, Japan, & USA. More on what we're building at https://www.etalas.com if you want to take a look. Always happy to trade notes with people doing similar work.

Last night Pandu Hartanto & Dharma Satria Utomo shared a bit about how Etalas runs AI agents in production, at OpenClaw Meetup Jakarta #4. The learnings that we shared is that the model is the easy part. It's everything around it that makes an agent reliable. Agent = Model + Harness, which mostly comes down to a human checking before anything gets sent or shipped. We're still very early in our own learning here & would love to hear how others are doing it. Deck in the comment below for anyone curious. Thank you to the OpenClaw Meetup Jakarta team for having us 🙏

The best hospitality software is the software guests never notice. Guests don’t see the systems behind a 5-star experience. They just feel that everything works. The room is ready. The request is handled. The table is reserved. The tram arrives on time. The wedding inquiry gets captured. Housekeeping, procurement, and internal teams keep moving. But behind that experience, there is usually a lot of operational complexity. At Etalas, we’ve been fortunate to help build some of the software quietly supporting operations at AYANA Luxury Resort, across guest-facing flows, housekeeping operations, internal ERP workflows, and wedding experience systems. Working on this reinforced a simple belief: Great hospitality is not only about service quality. It is also about system quality. Because when operations still rely on spreadsheets, chat threads, manual follow-ups, and disconnected tools, even the best teams get slowed down. And in hospitality, that friction eventually shows up in the guest experience. To us, the goal of software in hospitality is not to make the experience feel more digital. It is to make the experience feel more seamless, more responsive, and more human. That is the part we care about most at Etalas: building the hidden systems that help great hospitality teams operate better at scale. We recently put together a short document below on some of what we learned from this work with AYANA, a brand that sets a high bar for luxury hospitality. If you’re in hospitality and thinking about: - internal tools - housekeeping or service coordination - ERP extensions - approval workflows - guest journey systems We’d be happy to connect and exchange notes. For hospitality operators here: what is one workflow in your business that still feels more manual than it should be? Would love to hear your thoughts in the comments. #Hospitality #HospitalityTech #HotelTech #Operations #DigitalTransformation #ERP #HotelERP #GuestExperience #AI #SoftwareDevelopment #Etalas

Vibe Coding with Custom Design - From visuals to frontend — my real workflow for turning custom design systems into live UIs. Result: https://lnkd.in/gJ6aK-4r This is one of the biggest challenges when starting Vibe Coding with custom design — getting the generated output as close as possible to the original design. Steps: 1️⃣ Decode design styles with ChatGPT 2️⃣ Build layouts in Lovable.dev 3️⃣ Adjust components & details 4️⃣ Document your design system 5️⃣ Connect to Lovable Cloud / Supabase → get a real, data-ready app Design used in this case study was created by The Design Thinker Academy / Rizki mardita -- Design smart. 👋 Hi everyone, I’m Ari. For the past few years, I’ve been deeply involved in product management and running a software development house. Along the way, I’ve learned that building digital products is not just about writing clean code—it’s about: - Understanding users at a deeper level - Balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision - Leading cross-functional teams through uncertainty - Creating a culture where both creativity and accountability thrive This year, I’ve decided to start sharing more openly about what I’ve learned—the wins, the failures, and the lessons that shaped me. ✅ My goal isn’t just to talk about frameworks or buzzwords, but to give you a realistic view of what it means to build and manage products in today’s fast-moving world. So if you’re: - A fellow PM looking for new perspectives - A founder trying to scale your product - Or someone curious about what happens inside a software development house... 👉 Stick around. I’ll be posting regularly on product management, team building, and the behind-the-scenes of software development. I’d also love to hear from you: 💬 What’s one challenge you’ve faced in product development that you’d like me to write about? Let’s learn and grow together 🚀 #ProductManagement #SoftwareDevelopment #Leadership #Agile #ProductStrategy #TechLeadership 👉 Drop your biggest product challenge in the comments—I’ll use them as inspiration for upcoming posts.
