***** Ergy secured 475m PLN in EU Recovery Fund financing for AP OZE We are pleased to announce that companies from AP OZE group – our strategic partner within the Apollo development cluster – have signed loan agreements with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego totalling over PLN 475 million for the construction of two solar PV plants with a combined capacity of more than 280 MW. The financing comes from the Energy Support Fund, backed by Poland's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The projects are part of the Apollo cluster, currently being developed and prepared for construction in Lower Silesia by AP OZE Group and Ergy. Once the BGK-financed plants are operational, Apollo will become one of the largest operating renewable energy clusters in Poland. Congratulations to the AP OZE team on closing this milestone financing, and our thanks to the BGK team for their partnership-oriented approach to funding Poland's energy transition. We also thank legal advisors – CMS Poland on behalf of the Bank, and Greenberg Traurig Poland on behalf of the borrowers – for their hard work.

We are pleased to announce that Octopus Energy Generation's Sky fund has acquired a 75 MW operating wind portfolio in Poland from KGAL GmbH & Co. KG (KGAL) — with Ergy acting as a local partner for the investment and supporting the transaction across the full deal lifecycle. This transaction reflects the breadth of Ergy’s capabilities and the integrated approach we bring to renewable energy investments in Poland — combining transaction execution with technical, commercial, development, and asset management expertise through the close collaboration of our multidisciplinary teams. As a local partner for renewable investors in Poland, this is exactly the type of role we aim to play: helping international investors navigate and execute complex transactions while providing long-term operational support on the ground. Following the closing, Ergy will take on the role of long-term asset manager for the portfolio, further expanding our collaboration with Octopus that began in 2024 with the Juniewicze wind farm. Congratulations to the Octopus team — David Goodwin, Mariya Maksymova, CFA, MBA, Piotr Brysik, Isabelle Glotman, Mayokun Fowler, and many others — on a successful closing. It was also a pleasure to work alongside Everoze, CMS Poland, PwC Polska, and HWF Partners on this transaction. Ergy was represented by Michał Lewczuk, Artur Sasinowski, Jakub Wałaszewski (Transactions), Piotr Niczyporuk, Iga Cichecka, Piotr Stachowiak (Development), and Sebastian Kiciak, MBA, Jakub Półchłopek (Technical & Commercial Management).
