From our factory floor to one of Sydney's landmark residential projects, this is the full Envirosystems story. We manufacture it. We deliver it. And our applicators put it to work. Watch our product go from production line to truck, from truck to site, ending up as the waterproofing membrane protecting Mirvac's Harbourside Residence as seen here. Vertical integration. Technical expertise. End-to-end accountability. That's the Envirosystems difference. 📍 Harbourside Residence, Sydney 🏭 Manufactured in Australia

Below-grade is a huge water leaking risk. There can be no shortcuts. It's very unforgiving. Lift pits, retaining walls and basement structures are exposed to constant moisture, potential hydrostatic pressure, and structural movement and once backfilled, access becomes restricted and fixing it can be difficult, and costly. This was the reality for Nepean hospital Penrith, and why Envirosystems were brought in to ensure there were no issues. Enter Envirosystems: We selected Enviro 700X for positive-side below-grade membrane applications, providing a robust waterproofing barrier in critical substructure zones. Enviro 700X is well suited to below-grade positive-side work, including: • Lift pit walls • Retaining walls • Basement / substructure waterproofing zones Purpose of the System: • Provides a durable waterproofing barrier on the positive side of the structure • Supports long-term protection against moisture ingress and dampness • Handles complex junctions and detailing commonly found below grade • Reduces the risk of future defects in critical infrastructure assets Why We Chose This System: • Proven performance in below-grade environments • Reliable detailing capability for corners, joints and transitions • Suitable for critical areas where later access is restricted • A trusted system approach for hospital and infrastructure projects This is how to get the job done properly: the right system, applied in the right location, with detailing that protects the asset long-term. #Envirosystems #NepeanHospital #Penrith #CPBContractors #Enviro700X #BelowGradeWaterproofing #LiftPit #RetainingWalls #Infrastructure #WaterproofingSystems

Mirvac relies on Envirosystems to waterproof it's plant rooms. It called upon us to ensure its multi billion dollar Harbourside project was protected without compromise. The challenge: Plant rooms don't forgive shortcuts. There's dozens of penetrations, plinths and upstands packed into a single footprint... So the waterproofing system has to detail fast, seal tight, and perform long term, even before the final plant goes in. Enter Envirosystems: We selected a spray-applied membrane with a trafficable top coat to deliver a fully sealed, UV-stable finish across a highly detailed rooftop zone. - Spray-Applied Membrane A polyurea system was spray applied to create a seamless, fully bonded waterproofing layer that wraps around plinths and transitions without lap joints or weak points. - Trafficable Top Coat (TC) A protective top coat was applied over the membrane to provide UV resistance and a durable, maintainable surface suitable for ongoing access and servicing. Why we did this: • For seamless waterproofing around complex penetrations and plinth bases • To ensure rapid application over large areas with consistent coverage • For UV protection and long-term durability in exposed rooftop environments • It's designed for ongoing foot traffic and maintenance access When detailing gets complicated, spray and TC keeps it simple. It's one continuous system, built to last. #Envirosystems #Harbourside #Waterproofing #SprayAppliedMembrane #Polyurea #TrafficableMembrane #RooftopPlantRoom #PodiumDeck #ConstructionAustralia #BuildingPerformance

Hospitals can't afford mistakes. Nepean is no different. And that's why we're currently on 14 live hospital projects across Australia. As a top 50 hospital in Australia, Nepean Hospital needed waterproofing done right. The challenge: Hospitals run 24/7, and the cost of moisture ingress (and future rectification) is too high to leave anything to chance. Enter Envirosystems: On the Nepean Hospital project with CPB, the team specified Enviro HP1200. This is a spray-applied, seamless membrane designed to deliver reliable protection across large areas and the tight junctions where most failures start. What We Used: Enviro HP1200 spray-applied waterproofing membrane. This allowed for a seamless finish across field areas, upturns and detailing zones. It's built for tough construction environments and long-term performance. Why HP1200 for Health Infrastructure • Monolithic + seamless = no laps, no weak points • Fast, consistent application across complex interfaces • Proven performance where reliability matters most • We're trusted nationally (currently on 14 hospital projects) This is the real meaning of "fit for purpose." It's clean detailing, robust protection, and systems that contractors can rely on no matter how high the stakes. #Envirosystems #NepeanHospital #CPBContractors #HealthInfrastructure #HospitalProjects #HP1200 #Waterproofing #SprayAppliedMembrane #ConstructionAustralia #BuildingEnvelope #DurabilityByDesign

Just because access is limited, doesn't mean waterproofing performance should be! The Challenge: For The Grove MPX in Western Australia, they wanted to feature planter boxes for a strong aesthetic. Planter boxes are one of the toughest waterproofing environments on any build. There's constant moisture, irrigation cycles, soil loads, and movement all working against the substrate. And if the membrane fails? Access is limited and repairs are disruptive. Enter Envirosystems: Our team selected Enviro HP1200 for its spray-applied versatility and monolithic, seamless finish. This is ideal for complex planter geometries where detailing matters most. Why HP1200 in Planter Boxes? • Seamless application across floors, walls, corners and upturns • Rapid spray installation for consistent coverage on large areas • Excellent detailing around penetrations, outlets and terminations • Built for demanding wet environments where continuity is critical The Result A durable, fully bonded waterproofing layer that follows every edge and junction. This allowed the protecting the structure and setting the planter box up for long-term performance. #Envirosystems #HP1200 #Waterproofing #Polyurea #PlanterBoxes #BuildingEnvelope #CommercialConstruction #ConcreteProtection #DetailingMatters #WAConstruction #DurabilityByDesign

"Good enough" waterproofing doesn't cut it for one of the busiest, critical hospitals in our country. We're talking about Nepean Hospital. Once a build moves forward, there's never an easy way back. Enter Envirosystems: This video shows pull-off testing on the Nepean Hospital project, delivering results >2.0MPa with concrete failure, a strong indicator that the bond is outperforming the substrate. Our Products We Used: - Enviro Prime P2 (fast-cure polyurethane primer) Designed for high adhesion, with tensile bond strength >3MPa and cohesive failure in concrete. - Enviro HP1200 (spray applied hybrid elastomer membrane) Built for demanding infrastructure: tensile strength 8.86MPa, elongation 450%, and adhesion to concrete >1.0MPa. In environments where performance must be proven, not promised, this is how what confidence looks like. #Envirosystems #NepeanHospital #CPB #HP1200 #PrimeP2 #Waterproofing #HealthInfrastructure #ConstructionAustralia #SprayAppliedMembrane #Specification #QualityAssurance

A beachfront building deserves beachfront-proof waterproofing. This coastal property sits right on the sand. Salt air, UV exposure, and the elements hitting it every single day. A flat concrete roof in this environment isn't just a maintenance issue waiting to happen. It's a liability. That's why the system chosen here had to perform. That's why Envirosystems was specified. Before: Concrete roof deck prepared and primed with Enviro Epoxy B-LV. A low viscosity, chemical resistant epoxy primer that bonds to dense and damp concrete, creating the ideal foundation before membrane application. After: Enviro 700X applied as a continuous, seamless waterproofing membrane. Fully encapsulating the deck and parapet edges, ready to take on whatever the coast throws at it. What the Full System Delivers → Enviro Epoxy B-LV penetrates and locks into dense concrete, even damp substrates, maximising adhesion for the membrane above → Enviro 700X creates a seamless, monolithic membrane that eliminates joints and lap points → High-performance polyurethane formulation built for UV and coastal exposure → Flexible enough to accommodate substrate movement without cracking → Clean, bright finish that reflects heat and stands up to the sun Why the System Was the Right Call Here → Coastal environments accelerate deterioration. Standard coatings don't cut it → Low VOC formulations across both products, suited for occupied or sensitive sites → The roof geometry, parapets, and penetrations demand a system that handles complex detailing → Long-term protection that removes the need for costly re-work down the track When the ocean is your neighbour, you don't compromise on what goes between it and your structure. 📷: BH Waterproofing

You've only got ONE chance with Queen's Wharf Brisbane's concrete pool shell. This $3.6 + billion integrated resort development can't afford any water leaks! Once the pool slab and finishes go in, there’s no practical way to return and fix issues without a major demolition. That’s why the choice of system at this stage matters. That's why we exist. Enter Envirosystems: The project team selected HP1200 as the primary membrane solution, trusted for its strength, seamless application, and proven track record on high-consequence builds. Before: Base concrete shell prepared for membrane installation (pre-slab stage) After: HP1200 applied to create a continuous, monolithic waterproofing layer prior to the pool slab being installed Purpose of the System • Provides a seamless waterproofing envelope over the concrete shell • Minimises joints, laps, and potential leak paths • Handles complex geometry, corners, and transitions with confidence • Protects the structure before it becomes permanently encapsulated Why HP1200 Was Selected • High-strength membrane performance for critical waterproofing zones • Seamless application reduces risk at detailing and junctions • Proven system trusted by Tier 1 builders • The “one chance” solution when access later is not an option In water-retaining structures, you don’t get a second shot. So you need the right system, installed correctly, the first time.
