Earlier this month the UK team got together in Cheltenham for an AI hackathon, tackling real business challenges. Our AI Champions picked six use cases to focus on, and six teams had a single morning to build. Some focused on giving people faster answers, others on turning work that takes days into something that takes minutes By early afternoon every team had pitched a working prototype or solution design to the leadership team. They had five minutes to make the case and another five for questions. We chose a winner, and a few of the ideas are already in the pipeline. This is how we approach AI at Enate. We attended the 4th BPO Confex & Awards 2026 last week. The biggest takeaway is that the BPO sector is moving from one of cost efficiency towards value-based models.
