Elites Rising

Our story is to allow youths to have the confidence and courage to create their own story through their own social lenses, to become the embodiment in their own community so they may also be an inspiration to the upcoming youth looking for a sense of direction. Elites Rising is Thriving beyond limits to make sure our youth go beyond limits, and challenges to face their goals and dreams. The leadership of Elites rising comprises of a team of individuals who overcame many challenges and barriers in our community and are dedicated to helping others overcome their own challenges or not make similar mistakes. “I am because you are” – Ubuntu. We, at Elites Rising believe that none of us can exist in isolation so we are extending our arms to work together with other youth to achieve extraordinary goals and visions. Every young person growing up here in North America deserves the chance to achieve their goals in life but unfortunately, most youth can’t even dare to dream of a secured future. Systemic racism, self-condemnation, community limitation, stereotypes, cultural discrimination, cultural expectations, among others, have become buckets of weights dragging our youth downwards to the point where they will settle for any quick job or activity that can put food on their table and mostly time sets in like a thief to rob them of their dreams within a twinkle of an eye.
