What you'll do: - lead continuous improvement of EMEA program and project schedules, maintaining a resilient regional master schedule in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders - perform schedule analysis including critical path, variance, baseline deviation, and quantitative schedule risk analysis - monitor scope changes, emerging risks, and portfolio-level constraints, escalating issues and supporting mitigation and re-sequencing plans - prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc schedule updates and risk summaries for customers, lenders, and internal management - partner with Engineering, PMO, customers, and strategic partners to align schedule expectations and represent EdgeConneX on schedule matters - track deployment progress through schedule reviews, contractor engagement, and site observations to identify delays early - travel 25-50% across EMEA with flexibility for short-notice travel What you bring: - 7+ years of scheduling experience in data center, construction, or real estate - advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project - ability to perform QSRA and translate results into practical actions - fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional European language - CPE, PSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent certification preferred - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred This role is based in Schiphol, Netherlands. Now Hiring: Senior Manager, Energy Development – Austin, TX We are looking for a seasoned energy professional to serve as EdgeConneX's authoritative voice on energy for a regional U.S. project portfolio, with a particular focus on Texas and the ERCOT landscape. This is a strategic and tactical role in equal measure. The Senior Manager sets energy strategy, owns utility and regulatory relationships, drives contract development and negotiation, and directs a bench of specialized consultants toward the right outcomes. This is not a coordination role — it is a decision-making one. What you'll do: - develop and maintain a forward-looking regional energy strategy accounting for grid conditions, utility capacity timelines, regulatory risk, and ECX's site pipeline - lead development and negotiation of energy contracts including utility service agreements, interconnection agreements, power purchase agreements, and rate schedule elections - own and cultivate primary utility relationships with T&D providers, interconnection staff, regulatory contacts, and grid operator personnel - drive power capacity delivery from site evaluation through initial energization, maintaining schedule accountability across interconnection, substation, and utility milestones - manage capital budgeting for electrical infrastructure and energy projects in the region - direct specialized energy consultants, engineering firms, and regulatory advisors across the portfolio - collaborate closely with Site Acquisition, Development, Construction, Legal, and Finance to keep energy workstreams integrated and on schedule What you bring: - 7 to 12 years of experience in the energy sector with a track record of negotiating and executing energy contracts and managing utility relationships - deep working knowledge of ERCOT and the Texas utility environment strongly preferred - demonstrated experience leading utility interconnection processes and large-load service applications - 2+ years in a hyperscale, colocation, or large-scale data center development environment - strong existing relationships with grid managers, utility staff, and regulatory personnel in the region - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Business, or a related field - willingness to travel 40 to 50% at peak This role is based in Texas, with a preference for Austin, DFW, or Houston.
