Dashboards are great at showing what happened, right? The harder thing is understanding why, and doing it fast enough to make better decisions. That's the problem our Data & AI Engineering team set out to solve with Obi and Zenith, two specialized AI agents built to help EBANX teams navigate complex operational and financial questions using natural language. Behind them is a multi-agent ecosystem designed around our own business logic, enabling teams to retrieve trusted data, investigate root causes, and accelerate decision-making across the company. In our latest EBANX Insights article, Henrique Laureano and Rodrigo Leonarth take you behind the scenes of this architecture, from intelligent routing and specialized agents to real-world use cases already transforming the way our teams work. Real technology is built through people, exchange, and community 💙 That was the spirit as we welcomed the tech community from Curitiba and the region to our HQ for the 3rd edition of the EBANX Software Engineering Showcase. A night to talk about real Engineering challenges, exchange learnings, and open up a little of what goes on behind the solutions we build every day. As Lucas Maldaner, Software Engineering Senior Manager at EBANX, put it: “More than presenting technologies, our goal was to open up a bit of EBANX Engineering behind the scenes, sharing the challenges, learnings, and decisions that are part of building our solutions.” Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event happen. See you at the next edition! 🚀 #EBANXlife #OutOfTheOrdinary #TamoJunto

Expanding across emerging markets means navigating increasingly diverse payment ecosystems. To streamline that journey, EBANX organizes more than 200 payment methods into four expert-designed bundles based on shared technical flows and strategic use cases. By grouping methods behind common logic and a single API, our merchants can add multiple payment options (sometimes across several countries) with a single development effort, reducing complexity and accelerating expansion. Cards, Trusted Redirects, Cash & Codes, and Tokenized Alternatives: each bundle is designed to support different business models while making growth more scalable and easier to manage. In this video, EBANX CEO João Del Valle explains how payment bundles help merchants navigate fragmentation and move faster across emerging markets. #EBANX #payments

We're excited to feature a new guest contribution on EBANX Insights: Panagiotis Kriaris, Head of Corporate & Business Development at Unzer, explores how programmable payments are changing the way businesses define, govern, and execute payments. Rather than being triggered one transaction at a time, payments are increasingly governed by predefined rules, permissions, and conditions. As real-time payment rails, tokenization, orchestration platforms, and AI continue to evolve, payments become part of broader systems that automate how money moves. That shift has implications far beyond technology. It changes where control sits, how risk is managed, who is accountable, and where value is created across the payments ecosystem. Opening EBANX Insights to guest contributors is part of our commitment to fostering thoughtful conversations about the future of payments and bringing together perspectives from across the industry. If you have ideas that can help move the industry forward, we'd love to hear from you. Read the full article at the link in the comments. #EBANX #payments

Partnerships create impact when they unlock new growth opportunities: just six months after launching Pix Automático through EBANX, Pix already accounts for 28% of Nord Security's total payment volume in the country. During the same period, approval rates for recurring merchant-initiated transactions increased by 20 percentage points, outperforming credit cards. The results highlight the growing role of recurring account-to-account payments in Brazil's digital economy. With Pix reaching 96% of the country's adult population and around 60 million Brazilians still lacking access to credit cards, subscription businesses have a significant opportunity to expand their reach through payment experiences that align with local consumer preferences. A strong start to our partnership with Nord Security at an exciting time for SaaS businesses in Brazil! #EBANX #payments

Last week, EBANX welcomed merchants and partners to Seoul for the EBANX Insider Connect, bringing together industry leaders for an afternoon of conversations and knowledge-sharing. From payments to digital commerce, the event created space to exchange perspectives on some of the biggest opportunities across emerging markets. Discussions explored how Korean merchants can move beyond market entry and unlock sustainable growth in multiple markets at once, through locally adapted payment strategies, stronger customer ownership, and a deeper understanding of regional consumer behavior. Thank you to everyone who joined us in Seoul! We look forward to continuing these conversations and building new opportunities together. #EBANX #payments

Consumers don't rely on a single payment method. The same person might use a card for a subscription, an instant payment for an online purchase, and a digital wallet for something else. As more payment options become available, consumers naturally choose what works best for each use case. That diversity is what makes digital commerce richer, helping different business models thrive while giving people more ways to access the products and services they value. In this episode of Data Talks, Estelita Hass Carazzai, Manager of Product Marketing & Intelligence at EBANX, joined Wolfgang Fengler from World Data Lab to discuss why some of the most exciting payment innovation is happening in the global south. Take Brazil's Pix reaching 95% adult adoption in less than five years, India's UPI evolving into a recurring rail and embedding into RuPay cards, or Kenya's M-Pesa issuing virtual cards for online purchases. These are the kinds of innovations that turn payment methods into gateways to consumers and growth levers for businesses. Link to full conversation in the comments. #EBANX #payments
