Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing executive-level priorities with professionalism and confidentiality? Join East African National Distribution S.C., Ethiopia’s leading cement and logistics distribution network, and play a critical role in supporting executive operations, coordination, and strategic communication. 🔹 Note that this are your Key Responsibilities ✔️ Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements ✔️ Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential documents, reports, and executive correspondence ✔️ Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics arrangement, and follow-up actions ✔️ Compile, prepare, and maintain management meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy, action tracking, and timely circulation ✔️ Follow up on management decisions, action plans, and pending deliverables across departments ✔️ Screen and prioritize incoming communications, emails, and requests directed to the CEO ✔️ Support preparation of presentations, board materials, reports, and business documentation ✔️ Maintain proper filing systems for executive records and sensitive company information ✔️ Liaise with senior management, external stakeholders, and visitors on behalf of the CEO ✔️ Support special projects, executive events, and strategic coordination activities as assigned 💼 Qualifications ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related field ✔️ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant, Senior Secretary, or Executive Office Coordinator ✔️ Strong experience in calendar management, executive correspondence, and meeting coordination ✔️ Proven experience in preparing management meeting minutes, board documentation, and executive reports ✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic ✔️ High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion ✔️ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ✔️ Experience working with senior executives is highly preferred 📩 Apply Now!
