Dynamic Quest is hiring a Field Support Engineer in the Savannah area. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solving problems in front of the person who has them. You'd be onsite at client locations and remote in equal measure, handling desktop, laptop, networking, and server support across a range of businesses. About half your week is travel to clients, so it suits someone who'd rather be moving between sites than parked at one desk. What we're looking for: - 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience - Comfort with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Active Directory, and networking - Strong customer service instincts. You're the face of Dynamic Quest when you're onsite. -MSP experience is a plus, as are CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ The role is based out of Pooler, GA. Today is Juneteenth. On June 19, 1865, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation, enslaved Americans in Galveston, Texas finally received word that they were free. The day marks both the end of slavery in the United States and the long, uneven path toward the freedom that promise represented.
