Creating a roadmap update deck no longer means scanning emails, Jira tickets, and meeting notes to infer what's happening. That's why our customers love to use Dragonboat MCP - It gives AI agents access to the live context of your product operating model — strategies, roadmaps, feature requests, customer feedback, goals, progress, owners, and dependencies — directly from your source of truth - and of course permission based. No more repeated infer on unreliable results. Get actual data. Infer once, shared across - in slides or other format your teams prefer Built on your Elastic Product Portfolio Ontology — the operating foundation that lets humans and agents work from unified semantics, shared context, and memory across the PDLC. → Trusted source: progress pre-calculated, no inference → Traceable: every item linked and validatable → Actionable: validate, update, and feed directly into a slidedeck #agenticPDLC #agenticoperatingmodel #AgenticEnterprise #dragonboatmcp #productoperations

The Product Portfolio Layer for agentic enterprises
About us
Dragonboat is the Product Portfolio Layer for agentic enterprises to achieve product outcomes at AI speed and strategic cohesion. It brings together: * An elastic ontology-based foundation — encoded with domain expertise, with a semantic layer actively maintained by ambient agents via contextual integrations across the enterprise toolstack for unified data and coordination. * Product and portfolio apps — powered by runtime intelligence, with headless access for humans and agents to analyze and act from the same live portfolio reality. * Portfolio intelligence running across the product operating graph — surfacing ripple effects, upstream and downstream impacts, and real-time recommendations grounded in portfolio logic, memory, and intent. Enabling executives, teams, and AI agents to reason, decide, and work together across strategy, investments, and PDLC with clarity, speed, and scale. Built by domain experts, adopted by enterprises including BBC, Cornerstone OnDemand, and U.S. Bank, Dragonboat is the go-to OS for modern product-centric organizations operating in a unified agentic paradigm.

As AI makes building easy, the hardest part isn't execution anymore. It's decision quality. That's the throughline of Episode 10 of the Accelerate Podcast, where Becky Flint sits down with Kelly Ellis, product and operations leader, who scaled Product Ops from 3 to 18 people supporting 70+ product leaders. A few takeaways: 🔹 The bottleneck moved from execution to decision quality — faster shipping doesn't fix unclear priorities, it amplifies them. 🔹 Much of today's "building" is performative — prototyping without an outcome is motion, not progress. 🔹 The PM role is shifting to judgment: what's worth building, and why. 🔹 Don't automate a broken workflow — you just distribute the mess faster. 🔹 An agentic operating model is only as good as the source of truth underneath it. As Kelly put it: "No amount of AI will replace what should we be going after." Agentic enterprises run on live product portfolio context — one trusted, up-to-date view where humans and agents can decide, orchestrate, and act toward outcomes. 🎙️ Listen to the full episode → link in the comments. Lots of talk on #tokencost in AI product development (#adlc), a bigger picture is missing - product costs are more than development. Let's shine a light on the costs of a product feature: 1. dev build (0 to 1), aka token cost or ADLC cost 2. bring it to the hands of users (production scale), 3. ongoing support, improvements and other maintenance costs (maintenance costs). Product debt is real, and costly. Prioritization and sequencing - for outcomes, not just work - matters more than ever. How's your product portfolio 🔶 decision speed & quality 🔶 keeping up with the rising coding speed and escalating cost? #cfo, #cpo, #cto, #cio, #aipdlc #portfolioorchestration

Most legacy companies think speed is the hard part. It's not. Picking the right problems is. Sharon Hunt, VP of Product Management at JLL, joined Becky Flint on the Accelerate Podcast to get real about rolling out AI across a 200-year-old commercial real estate enterprise. 💬 "We're living in the future. No one has the answers. The watch-out is picking the right problems to solve. That's why product management is still key to this new world." Read the full article for what Sharon is learning about data infrastructure, agents as teams scale, and why shipping faster than your system can absorb isn't velocity. 👇 #ProductManagement #AIVelocity #ProductLeadership #AgenticOperatingModel

Our Founder & CEO, Becky Flint ran a session on multi-player agentic operating models, and the core problem resonated: agents are multiplying across product orgs, but without orchestration, so are the costs and the errors. Agent sprawl. Token budgets that won't stop climbing. Hallucinations that compound when every agent infers the same context from scratch. The fix isn't fewer agents. It's a shared operating reality where humans, agents, and systems pull from one source of truth. → Infer once. Reuse everywhere. 🎥 Watch on demand and see real use cases across the PDLC: roadmap updates, customer QBR prep, competitive research, spec-to-code. Why 'Dragonboat'? The story behind our name, told by our Founder & CEO Becky Flint. 🐉 Happy Dragon Boat Festival to those celebrating! 🚣
I often get asked: Why the name Dragonboat? Dragon boat racing began thousands of years ago in China, but today it's a global sport, with some of the world's largest races taking place far from its origins. What makes the sport special is that every crew member has a different role, yet everyone works toward the same destination. Like any competition, success requires more than effort. It takes strategy, coordination, shared awareness, and the ability to adapt together as conditions change. The crew isn't just in the same boat. They share an understanding of where they're going, what matters, and how to respond to changing conditions. That idea inspired the name Dragonboat. As organizations become increasingly multi-player—with teams, systems, and AI agents all contributing—shared understanding and orchestration becomes even more important. Happy Dragon Boat Festival to those celebrating.

"We've gone from herding cats to herding cats on jetpacks." 😸 🧨 That's agentic product development right now. Everyone's firing up agents — research, spec, code, launch. All boosters on. But the teams actually driving outcomes? They're not just automating tasks. They're running a system. A real multi-player operating model where humans and agents share context, source of truth, and a common decision language. That's what I'm unpacking on June 23 — real use cases, what works, what blew up first. And I want to hear from you: what have you proven out? 🗓️ June 23 | 8:30 AM PT | 11:30 AM ET | 5:30 PM CEST #aioperatingmodel #agenticPDLC #aiproductleaders #productportfolioos

Agents are now part of our team to unlock productivity and speed up insights, discovery, coding, and more. By the end of this year, Gartner expects 40% of enterprise apps to ship with task-specific agents. But just like their human counterpart - building and running a team of agents has its challenges: → Intent drift → Compounding hallucination → Token costs balloon → Lack of accountability or measurement Orchestrating a multi-player agentic model needs a new system, reflecting an effective way of decisioning and working: cross functional, and collaborative with shared context, memory and traceability . Becky Flint, our Founder & CEO, is hosting a live session on how to orchestrate a multi-player agentic product operating model, with real use cases from across the PDLC. Most legacy companies think they have a build problem. They don't. They have a customer readiness problem. Noah Daniels, SVP of Market Development and Digital Solutions at Simpson Strong-Tie, joined Becky Flint on the Accelerate Podcast and got honest about what AI velocity actually looks like from inside a 70-year-old company: 💬 "You rushed up and wait. And it's on the shelf. It's not just non-value, it's deteriorating value." Shipping faster than your customers can follow isn't velocity. It's inventory. And the teams winning right now aren't just building faster, they're optimizing the whole flow, from strategy to GTM to customer outcome. Read the full article for what Simpson is learning in real time, and what it means for any established company navigating this. 👇 #ProductManagement #ProductStrategy #ProductLeadership #ProductOps #AIVelocity
