In the Philippines, we partnered with a leading beverage manufacturer to strengthen its logistics operations through a dedicated warehousing solution. Our teams implemented a high-efficiency handling model with capacity for up to 2,000 pallet positions, supporting the storage and movement of raw materials and returnable goods. The solution helped increase inventory availability during a period of ongoing raw material shortages. As part of the project, we also created a connected logistics network across Manila, Batangas and Santa Mesa to improve coordination and support supply across key locations.
