  • The ocean gives us so much—it deserves our care in return. During our recent adaptive dive trip to Key Largo, Diveheart participants learned about coral reef conservation from the Coral Restoration Foundation and the important work being done to restore and protect these vital ecosystems. Giving back to the ocean is another way we're United by Water. #coralreef #marineconservation #oceans #saveouroceans #disabilityinclusion #nonprofit

  • Seize the Day. Keep Moving Forward. Every challenge presents an opportunity to discover new strengths. Karen, who lives with multiple sclerosis (MS), continues to inspire those around her by pursuing the activities she loves. From completing triathlons and practicing archery to exploring the underwater world through adaptive scuba diving, she demonstrates that resilience is built one step, one goal, and one adventure at a time. Her journey is a powerful reminder that progress isn't about standing still—it's about continuing to move forward, embracing new experiences, and refusing to let obstacles define what's possible. Thank you, Karen, for inspiring others to seize the day, keep moving, and imagine the possibilities. • United by Water: Highlighting Dive Paradise, Cozumel One of the greatest gifts of adaptive scuba is the connections it creates across oceans, cultures, and communities. As we celebrate our July 25th Anniversary theme, United by Water, we're proud to recognize one of the partners who has helped make that possible. Diveheart visits Dive Paradise in Cozumel at least three times each year, where owner Michael Penwarden and his outstanding team consistently create a welcoming, accessible experience for our adaptive divers, dive buddies, instructors, and volunteers. Their commitment to inclusion allows divers of all abilities to explore one of the world's most beautiful underwater destinations with confidence. Partnerships like this remind us that we're united by more than water—we're united by a shared belief that adventure, opportunity, and the underwater world should be accessible to everyone. Thank you, Michael and the entire Dive Paradise team, for helping us transform lives through adaptive scuba, one dive at a time. https://diveparadise.com/ #scuba #adaptivesports #cozumel #accessibletravel #disabilityinclusion

  • United by Water. Connected by Purpose. For 25 years, Diveheart has demonstrated that adaptive scuba diving is a universal language. Whether we're diving in the Florida Keys, Curaçao, Grenada, Cozumel, Malaysia, or beyond, the water has a remarkable way of bringing people together. Every international dive creates opportunities to build friendships, exchange cultures, share knowledge, and expand access to adaptive scuba around the world. Together with our partners, volunteers, and adaptive divers, we're proving that inclusion knows no borders. As we celebrate our July 25th Anniversary theme, United by Water, we're grateful for the global community that continues to make these life-changing experiences possible. Wherever there's water, there's an opportunity to connect. #aroundtheworld #scuba #adaptivesports #disabilityinclusion #accessibletravel

  • Happy Disability Pride Month! This month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, talents, and achievements of people with disabilities while recognizing that true inclusion means valuing every person for who they are—not focusing on their limitations. At Diveheart, we've spent 25 years proving that when barriers are removed and possibilities are embraced, incredible things happen. Together, let's continue building a world where everyone belongs, everyone is included, and everyone has the opportunity to thrive. #disability #disabilitypride #disabilityawareness #disabilityinclusion #adaptivesports

At Diveheart, a common love of scuba diving builds friendships, breaks down barriers, and shows that inclusion starts with connection.
