Have been testing different writing styles for months inside Cykel and finally found one that consistently performs. It goes against pretty much everything I've ever learnt about cold outbound. We call it hyper-casual. My best guess is that with everyone's inbox filled with obvious AI messages. Getting something that breaks the pattern is effective. pillars of the style are: 1. Lowercase everywhere 2. Abbreviations 3. a CTA that does NOT ask for a meeting but rather offers a piece of personalised value. This only really works for Linkedin dm's mind you. Email still a tough nut to crack and we keep that more formal. Have tested this against about 2.5k messages to date with an avg. response rate of 8%. Almost double what we see for other campaigns. We've now built this as an option directly within the platform so you can choose it when crafting outbound.

We built AI messaging into Eve that saves hours of email writing. Time spent writing outbound messages is one of the biggest pains for teams we work with. Even using ChatGPT takes more manual work than you think and results can vary. Here's how we've approached generating smart cold outbound sequences with Eve 👇: 1. Find high-value targets: Eve identifies prospects using ICP matching + real intent signals like funding news, hiring, tech changes etc. 2. Pick channels: Choose LinkedIn, email, or both. Eve handles the sequencing. 3. Set tone & pain: Select how you want to sound (casual, formal, provocative) and which pain point to hit. 4. Refine with prompts: Built-in prompting lets you adjust the message. "Make it shorter." "Add social proof." "More direct." 5. Launch Important takeaway here is that this method gets you 80% there. You should still check the work. But the difference is what used to take 3 hours now takes 20 minutes. You get a solid draft in seconds, tweak what matters, and move on.

🎉 Very excited to share that Cykel has been able to increase MRR by 104.8% over the last 5 months! When I joined the team in July, my mission was to find product-market fit for our AI sales tool, own GTM, and channel customer feedback to product. For the first couple months 60% of my time was demos. I broke down every call into industry, company size, use case, pain points, and features requested. This gave us 2-3 ideal customer profiles where we knew we could win. Then we needed to figure out how to differentiate against the other 100+ companies in this space. Our unlock: When everyone has the same features, the differentiator is how easy you make them to use. So we positioned and built to become the easiest way to generate go-to-market intelligence. Where we're seeing success: - Teams with 4+ GTM tools who want to consolidate to one that actually works. - Founders and AEs who don't have time for consistent outbound. Key learnings from the trenches: - Enterprise deployments of AI are tricky, focusing on single use cases/pain point is best. - The whole belief that an AI SDR can automate everything is a fantasy. Reality is 70% automated + 30% human. And that's exactly the sweet spot right now. Massive shoutout to the product team for building a sick platform and our customers who bet on simplicity over complexity!

We built a complete AI sales workflow into Eve. Most teams have 5+ go-to-market tools. Nobody remembers how to use them. AI is supposed to help but adds more confusion. Goal with this release was to make things as simple as possible. Here's the flow:👇 1. GTM AI - Analyzes your website to understand your business, products, and value prop. Defines your ideal customer profiles automatically. 2. Finds your targets - Discovers companies and leads that match your ICP, ranked by match score. 3. Finds reasons to reach out - Researches actual buying signals: funding rounds, hiring sprees, product launches, tech stack changes. 4. Gets contacts - Taps into 700M+ contacts. Enriches with verified emails and phone numbers. 5. Writes messages - Creates personalized outreach based on their actual pain points and signals. Not templates. 6. Runs campaigns - Sequences automatically across email and LinkedIn. The future isn't more tools. It's one tool that actually works.

Just put out a huge update to Eve that solves a core challenge I've always felt as a rep --> finding a reason to reach out to a prospect. The right way to do this is with research. But it takes time. The old approach: → LinkedIn stalking: 20 mins → News searches: 20 mins → Scan company website: 10 mins → Scan annual reports: 15 mins → Find contact/email enrichment: 10 minutes → Message crafting: 10 mins then repeat for every company/prospect It's not hard to see how building personalised outbound would take the better part of a day (or even a week!) to do at scale. With our latest update you can cut this process down to minutes. Video below shows exactly how

The gap between building AI agents and deploying them is wider than most realize. As we continue developing our GTM automation capabilities at Cykel, we're paying close attention to how enterprises are approaching AI agent adoption. The data is interesting. Current state of AI agent implementation: - 62% of enterprises exploring AI agents lack a clear starting point - 41% treat agent projects as side initiatives rather than core infrastructure - 32% stall after pilot phase and never reach production This isn't primarily a technology challenge. It's an implementation challenge. The core issue: most organizations skip the foundation. Before selecting technology or running pilots, successful agent implementations require two critical elements: 1. A clearly defined use case What specific problem will the agent solve? Which workflows will it impact? What does success look like in measurable terms? Without these answers, projects drift between exploration and execution without clear direction. 2. Predetermined ROI metrics How will you measure value: time saved, costs reduced, revenue generated? Defining these metrics upfront ensures you can demonstrate business impact, not just technical functionality. The 32% that stall after pilot often do so because they can't prove ROI to stakeholders. The insight: While 36% of GTM leaders identify autonomous agents as a key trend for the next 3-5 years, the gap isn't in adopting the technology but rather in defining the strategy before deployment. As we continue to build out our sales automation tool, Eve, it’s becoming increasingly important to understand why and when to reach out to a buyer — not just mass email them and hope for the best. The old way to understand your buyer was to research them at length, read annual reports and then hope they post something on Linkedin that you can reference. The new way uses AI and contextual understanding of what you bring to market and how it helps We built a simple Buying Signal Prompt to help you test this idea for yourself. 👉 Try it here: https://lnkd.in/eqFGcCNE Just enter: • A prospect • Your company URL • What you sell them It’ll return 10 verifiable, relevant reasons to reach out — grounded in real data, not guesswork. It’s a small preview of what we’re building with Eve: a system that understands when to start a conversation, not just how to automate one. Would love to hear what you uncover using the prompt — drop your best signal below 👇
