🏗️ Significant progress is being made at Coates Truganina for Berton Investments as the project advances through its final stages. Recent milestones include: • Concrete hardstand 76.8% complete • Lock-up complete • Plastering complete • Painting complete • Ceiling grids complete • Internal finishes progressing well • Tiling 60% complete • Fit-off works commencing shortly The project team has also successfully achieved handover of SP1, with the rear building scheduled for handover in just three weeks - four months ahead of programme 📈 Delivering ahead of schedule is the result of detailed planning, strong collaboration and the commitment of everyone involved in the project. Sometimes project momentum means the groundbreaking ceremony follows significant progress already achieved on site. Corplex recently hosted project stakeholders to celebrate the official groundbreaking of our latest industrial development for McMullin, with Stone Ambassador Australia joining the project as tenant. At the time of the event, the project had already advanced into the superstructure stage, with precast panels erected and concrete works preparing to commence. The occasion provided an opportunity to recognise the collaboration, commitment and momentum that has driven the project forward.
