NVIDIA just expanded the Jetson Thor family, and you can start building for it. The new Jetson T3000 achieves similar LLM, VLM, VLA, and world foundation model inference performance as the T5000 while delivering roughly half the size and power. Same Blackwell architecture. Same software stack. Same 273 GB/s memory bandwidth. The Jetson T2000 opens the family to visual AI agents, AMRs, and manipulators at 400 FP4 TFLOPS. Connect Tech supports both modules, which arrive Q1 2027 with T3000 emulation mode available on T5000 platforms later this month.
