In-situ concrete strength measurement for construction productivity and sustainability

About us

ConcreteAI enables construction projects to monitor and validate in-situ concrete strength and temperature to accelerate cycle times by 30%+, adopt low-carbon concrete, and reduce cube/cylinder testing. We work on projects with Singapore’s Land Transport Authority, JTC, and more, with applications across bridges, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, underground structures, and beyond. ConcreteAI is also a deep-tech spin-off from the National University of Singapore.

  • Excited to be at ConTech at PDD, 17th July, at Punggol Digital District, Tower 86. Swing by our outdoor booth to see what's next in construction tech for concrete productivity and sustainability: 1️⃣ In-situ concrete strength monitoring — real-time data, no more guesswork or use of destructive tests to proceed 2️⃣ Temperature-matched curing system — cure test cubes under the same conditions as actual pour, get accurate data and adopt more low-carbon concrete 3️⃣ Mass concrete thermal crack simulation — predict and prevent thermal cracking before it happens Come say hi and see it in action. See you there!

Building Smarter: See the Future of Construction at ConTech@PDD Singapore's construction sector is transforming — robotics and automation (R&A) are no longer concepts on the horizon, but solutions being deployed on real projects today. The question is no longer whether to adopt them, but how to do so effectively. We and Building and Construction Authority Singapore are bringing the industry together to explore the latest construction R&A solutions, all under one roof at Punggol Digital District. 🏗️ Explore a curated showcase of robotics and automation solutions spanning structural, architectural, M&E, and general building works, and discover what's already being deployed across Singapore's construction sites today. 🔍 Gain insights into Singapore’s Built Environment transformation and how your business can align with Singapore's push to build smarter, safer, and more sustainably. 🤝 Meet technology providers, fellow built environment professionals, and government agencies driving this transformation forward. 📅 17 July 2026 | Tower 86, Punggol Digital District The exhibition is open to all — no registration required. Come as you are, and see what the future of construction looks like. #BuildingIndustries #ConTech2026 #PunggolDigitalDistrict | Calvin Chung Finn Tay Jiawen Cheong Winston Ho Brendan Yap Jerry JL A. • Our new website is live. 🎉 Built to bring more clarity: to our vision, to the solutions we offer contractors, precasters, testing labs, and project teams, and to the knowledge and best practices we've gathered in concrete and construction over the past four years. The new site covers our full workflow, from pre-pour concrete thermal and crack simulation to real-time strength and temperature monitoring to compliance reporting, alongside the products behind it. Take a look: concreteai.io More to come.

  • ConcreteAI is exhibiting at World Cities Summit 2026. 📍 Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Center, Innovator Alley (by EnterpriseSG) Table IE7 📅 15 – 16 June 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gWiWfp2 WCS brings together urban planners, developers, contractors, and government agencies from across the globe. Come find us if you're there. We're also launching a new solution for early-age cracking in concrete. More details coming soon. #WorldCitiesSummit #ConcreteAI #ThermalCrack #ConstructionTech

🏗️ Congratulations to ConcreteAI on being named to the APAC Cleantech 25 by Cleantech Group! A Singapore-based company and part of BEAMP Cycle 4, ConcreteAI has developed an AI-powered IoT sensor that delivers real-time concrete strength readings and temperature-matched curing for in-place concrete strength measurement. In an industry where conventional cube testing remains the standard, their solution brings a more accurate, data-driven alternative that reflects actual on-site conditions rather than controlled lab results. The recognition comes as Cleantech Group highlights structural materials and construction innovation as a growing area of focus across Asia-Pacific — where countries like India and Southeast Asia are expected to see significant construction growth, with cement, iron and steel accounting for over 50% of industrial energy demand growth through 2035. As the report notes, ConcreteAI's sensors reduce concrete casting cycles and right-size strength requirements to applications, reducing the need to over-engineer for high-strength concretes where they aren't needed. Less waste, faster cycles, and a clearer path toward lower-carbon construction. 🌱 Being featured in the APAC Cleantech 25 alongside 24 other leading innovators from across the region is a meaningful milestone. We're proud to have been part of the ConcreteAI journey through BEAMP, and excited to see where this recognition takes them next. 👏🏻 Download and read the full report here: https://lnkd.in/gHWgdJMS #BEIH #myBEITM #OpenInnovationSG #BuiltEnvironment #BEAMPCycle5 #ConcreteAI #Innovation #ConstructionTech
