The Parramatta Eels officially kicked off the 2026 NRL Premiership Season with their annual Eels Season Launch at CommBank Stadium. It was a great night celebrating the season ahead, bringing our NRL and Development players together with distinguished guests, PLC and PNRL Boards, commercial partners, Eels Foundation supporters, Club legends, and the wider Eels family. All connected by the badge. Plenty of excitement, energy, and belief as the club sets its sights on what’s to come in 2026. What a weekend we have ahead in Sydney with Australia hosting India in an ODI in front of a sold-out Sydney Cricket Ground before Indian superstar Diljit Dosanjh performs at a packed CommBank Stadium. It's fantastic to see our catering partners, Merivale and Gema Group Pty Ltd, create bespoke Indian menus for this weekend's events to enhance the customer experience. Fans attending both events can look forward to enjoying authentic Indian flavours along with traditional stadium favourites. At CommBank Stadium on Sunday, there will be a free community event on the lawn near Gate F featuring food, live music and boutique market stalls which will be a great way to soak up the pre-event atmosphere ahead of Diljit's one-night only Sydney show.

🎉 On Monday at CommBank Stadium we had 20 million reasons to smile - announcing on Sunrise that the Commonwealth Bank Can4Cancer program has raised $20 million for cancer research and support through Tour de Cure Australia. This has so far funded 47 worldclass cancer research breakthroughs, across a range of cancer types - incredible. There's a lot to love about this program - as Mark Beretta said on Sunrise, this is about 'the army of CommBank' getting behind the cause. Last year we had over 8,400 participants in our events - with even more getting involved in the fundraising. 🙏 To everyone who over 11 years has ridden, walked, ran, swum, bought a cake, sold a book, rattled a tin, hosted an event... every dollar you have raised has made a difference.
