This role leads daily operations across guest services, retail, and facilities while partnering with corporate teams to drive operational consistency, financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience. ✨We are passionate about tapping into the joy of color through the expression of art to create experiences that make people of all ages smile, connect, remember, and feel like kids again. Color Factory is a collaborative interactive exhibit that debuted in San Francisco in 2017, New York in 2018, and Houston in 2019. What was intended as a month-long run unexpectedly flourished as a celebration of color and creativity that’s lasted over 3 years. We feature participatory installations of colors we’ve collected around our cities - hues that invite curiosity, discovery, and play. Some of our favorite artists, creatives, designers, and makers team up with us to tell their unique color stories and engage all of your senses in unexpected ways.
