After the successful weekend of birthday celebrations at the National Memorial Arboretum, we returned for the second phase of this project — a moment of deep reflection as the #RoyalBritishLegion marked 15 years since the end of the Iraq War (Operation TELIC). Veterans, families, the bereaved and serving personnel gathered at the Armed Forces Memorial to honour the 179 British Armed Forces personnel who lost their lives, and all those whose lives were forever changed by the conflict.
