We are a leading performance marketing partner working with growing home improvement companies. In 2021, we identified an industry need for home improvement companies. They lacked a marketing partner they could rely on for both results and integrity. By January 2024, with a track record of generating over $200,000,000 in revenue for our clients, we decided to go all in. We cleared our portfolio of every other industry to focus exclusively on growing home improvement companies.

  • What a week in Nashville! 🎸 The team at Clever Digital Marketing just wrapped up FAST Remodeler Live 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, and we're still buzzing from the energy! ⚡ FAST Remodeler Live is the only software and technology conference dedicated to home improvement pros and remodelers, and this year did not disappoint. Two full days of incredible sessions on AI, marketing technology, automation, and digital strategy for the remodeling industry. The ideas flowing through those rooms were next level. But what truly made this event special was the people. Getting real, in-person facetime with our clients, the kind of conversations you just can't replicate over a Zoom call, was priceless. Seeing what they're working on, where they want to grow, and how we can continue supporting them is exactly why we show up to events like this. Thank you to every client, partner, and new connection who stopped by for a conversation. We left Nashville with full hearts, full notebooks, and a lot of exciting ideas to bring back to the table.     You can’t fake results, but you can absolutely have a distorted view of the strength of your culture. We hosted a 3-day company summit, and it did more for our people and organization than anything we've ever done. We spent day 1 on a cruise exploring Toronto and finished off with drinks & games at an entertainment centre. Day 2 was a town hall & 4 hours of breakout sessions. Day 3 continued the breakout sessions, and folks presented findings. Here are three reasons why I believe this was the best investment of the year for Clever Digital Marketing (and why bringing your team together could be one of yours too): - It validated strengths and exposed opportunities. The event helped us identify cross-functional and systematic needs that we will feed into 2026. - Leaders got the chance to speak more passionately about the story, vision and the values of the organization. It is far more effective in person than over Zoom. It reminded everyone that there is a very good reason why we work as hard as we do. - People built new relationships. The impact is clear because meaning is found not just in the work itself, but in the people we get to do it with. If you’re a leader and can bring your team together in person, find a reason to do it more often. And for the experience, always choose the more expensive option - whether it's for entertainment, food, the venue, or anything else.

As we enter the early stages of 2026 planning, our vision remains the same: to continue being the market leader for growth-driven home improvement companies. With that said, we have over 12 open positions across most disciplines. Here is why I think you - or someone talented you know - should apply. VP Performance Marketing – Scaling spend from $1.5M to $6.5M/month in the last year (equating to over $30 million/month in client revenue) required us to be disciplined with our current platforms. For 2026, we are looking for someone who can help us expand into the best channels so we can diversify and get more effective. VP Data & Analytics – We don't want to be the average agency where people have to spend countless hours on reporting and mundane work. Looking ahead, we want strong systems, machine learning & accurate analytics to help us scale efficiently. Our team is small and mighty, but we need a VP-level partner to help us build the infrastructure and team for what we have planned over the next 2–5 years. Associate Director of Social/Search – This is a people and performance enablement role at its core. You will operate as both coach and player: responsible for developing your team, building systems and strategies for your portfolio, and working directly with leadership resources. It's perfect for someone who loves being close to performance but thrives on others' success. Senior Creative Strategist – Paid Social is all about creative (and copy) — and in this (founding) role, you will help define the strategy that directly impacts the entire client portfolio through performance-based creatives. You will play a critical role in achieving scalable efficiency for the dept by doubling down on what works through curiosity & bringing your unique experience and expertise to the strategy. Specialist and Manager Roles - Social/Search – The first group of people I’d point to when attributing our ability to scale and improve performance over the last two years are the managers and specialists. In this role, you will manage millions a year and generate significant revenue and profit for our clients. Between Jan 1 – Aug 31, one of our specialists generated over $25,000,000 USD for their portfolio. You will learn direct response marketing better here than at any other organization (I may be biased!).
