They're live! This week we launched Item Inc. (iteminc.com) — and this one was special. Item Inc. came to us as a BigCommerce rescue-and-build with one of the deepest ERP integrations we've ever taken on. Over 14 months, our team rebuilt the storefront from the ground up and wired it directly into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — making it one of the most technically complex projects we've delivered this year. What we built: 🛒 A full BigCommerce storefront on the Cornerstone theme 🔄 Bidirectional ERP sync via Celigo — products, pricing, customers, orders, and order status all flowing seamlessly between Business Central and BigCommerce 🏢 A B2B module with custom company grouping, tiered pricing (LEVEL1/2/3), and PO payment support 🔍 Athos Commerce search with custom facet configuration 🔗 A 301 redirect map covering 185,000+ legacy URLs to protect SEO continuity through the migration By the numbers: 14 months of active development, 2,000+ hours logged, 25+ team members contributed The best part?
