Our recent CI Career Day brought this to life with: • An internal career fair where employees connected with hiring leaders and explored roles across departments • A panel of CI leaders sharing career lessons and advice • A networking social to build relationships and spark new conversations A huge thank-you to everyone who participated and helped make CI Career Day an inspiring celebration of career growth and connection!

Giving back is an important part of our culture at CI Financial. This summer, our teams came together to support local organizations making a meaningful impact, including:   Packed over 2,500 sandwiches and snacks for children through Second Harvest Feeding Our Future program. Raised over $1,100 for Horizons for Youth with our Multicultural Taste of CI fundraiser. Purchased and donated 20 fully stocked backpacks for Nellie’s Shelter helping women and children prepare for the school year.   A big thank you to our employees for their hard work, compassion, and engagement in making these initiatives possible.
