As National Apprenticeship Week draws to a close, it feels right to pause and recognise the people who make our apprenticeship offer what it is. A big thank you to everyone in the Skills Team at Central YMCA. Whether you’re supporting learners day-to-day, working with employers, or keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, your commitment and care show in the progress our apprentices make. You help people grow in confidence, build real careers and open doors that might otherwise have stayed closed, while also supporting employers to develop their teams and invest in the future. It’s a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated group of colleagues.
