Aein Areek Multi-Purpose Hall – Ramallah, Palestine | Integrated Design for Community Infrastructure CDG is leading the architectural and engineering design of a new multi-purpose hall development in Aein Areek, Ramallah, envisioned as a flexible community facility supporting youth, cultural, educational, and public activities. The project includes the design of an approximately 600 m² steel-structure facility alongside coordinated external works, access planning, utility infrastructure, parking arrangements, and public circulation elements. The development is being designed in full compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, engineering standards, and civil defense requirements. Our scope covers comprehensive multidisciplinary services including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure engineering, in addition to tender documentation, quantity surveying coordination, and technical approvals management.
