For most of the last decade, Cannadelics operated primarily as a publication. We covered CBD, cannabis, functional mushrooms, pet health, supplements, psychedelics, and the broader wellness market. Along the way, we published thousands of articles, built a large audience, worked with brands across multiple categories, and helped generate more than $2.5 million in revenue for partner companies. What we didn't expect was how many of the same conversations would keep appearing: - Founders struggling with positioning. - Brands competing in crowded markets. - Companies trying to decide where to focus next. - Teams looking for clarity on customer understanding, trust, retention, compliance, growth, and strategy. The products were different. The categories were different. The challenges were often remarkably similar. Over time, it became clear that the most valuable thing we had wasn't another article or another piece of industry news. It was perspective gained from years spent inside these markets. That's why Cannadelics has evolved beyond publishing alone. Today we combine market intelligence, positioning reports, industry insights, branding reviews, and advisory services designed to help wellness brands make better marketing decisions. The mission hasn't changed. We're still focused on helping wellness brands navigate growth, competition, and change. We're simply doing it in more ways than before. https://lnkd.in/dJaHViK7 #WellnessMarketing #BrandPositioning #MarketIntelligence

Market Intelligence & Advisory for Wellness Brands
About us
Cannadelics is a market intelligence and advisory platform helping wellness brands make better marketing decisions. Since 2017, we've worked alongside brands across CBD, cannabis, functional mushrooms, pet health, supplements, longevity, biohacking, and psychedelics, helping founders navigate growth, competition, and change. We started as an independent publication called CBD Testers, covering emerging wellness markets at a time when most coverage was either thin or sales-driven. As our audience grew, so did our role in the industry. Through educational content, newsletters, partnerships, product launches, and direct marketing initiatives, we helped brands educate customers, build trust, and grow their business. Over time, this created something more valuable than industry coverage alone: practical experience. We saw how brands positioned themselves, how customers responded, what built trust, what drove growth, and what prevented companies from reaching their potential. The same challenges appeared repeatedly across categories and markets. Positioning. Customer understanding. Trust. Retention. Compliance. Competitive pressure. Strategic focus. Today, Cannadelics combines market intelligence with advisory services built around those lessons. We publish positioning reports, market analysis, and The Sunday Edition, a weekly briefing covering marketing, growth, category developments, and strategic opportunities across wellness markets. Founders and operators can also access Branding Reviews and advisory services designed to help them evaluate opportunities, sharpen positioning, and make better marketing decisions. Since 2017, we've helped generate more than $2.5 million in revenue for partner brands.

Helping Wellness Brands Make Better Marketing Decisions Cannadelics exists to help wellness brands make better decisions. Since 2017, we have worked inside wellness markets as publishers, marketers, partners, and advisors. During that time we have watched categories emerge, mature, and become increasingly competitive. Across every market, the same themes appear repeatedly. Positioning. Customer understanding. Trust. Retention. Compliance. Strategic focus. The brands that perform best are not always the brands with the biggest budgets or the most activity. More often, they are the brands making clearer decisions and focusing on the opportunities that matter most. Today, Cannadelics combines market intelligence, positioning reports, industry insights, branding reviews, and advisory services built around that belief. Every Wellness Market Plays By Different Rules Every wellness category has its own customer psychology, competitive landscape, and growth dynamics. The assumptions that work in CBD often fail in pet health. The opportunities available in functional mushrooms may not exist in supplements. Markets that appear similar on the surface can behave very differently once you look closely. Our Positioning Reports were created to help founders and operators understand the markets they are competing in. Each report explores customer motivations, competitive positioning, market dynamics, messaging opportunities, and strategic considerations specific to that category. Current reports cover CBD, functional mushrooms, and pet health, with additional markets being added over time. Most Growth Problems Are Decision Problems Most important business decisions are made with incomplete information. Should you reposition the brand, focus on retention over acquisition, or invest more in marketing? The challenge is rarely a lack of information. The challenge is knowing which information matters and how it applies to your specific situation. Cannadelics Advisory is designed for founders and operators who want experienced perspective on positioning, marketing, competition, growth, customer understanding, and strategic decision-making. Our role is not to provide generic advice. It is to help you think more clearly about the decisions in front of you and the opportunities that matter most. Why Strong Brands Still Struggle to Grow Most wellness brands do not struggle because they lack effort. They struggle because the market does not clearly understand who they are, who they are for, or why they matter. Over the years we have seen the same challenges appear across CBD, functional mushrooms, pet health, supplements, cannabis, and other wellness categories. Strong products fail to gain traction. Marketing becomes increasingly expensive. Growth slows despite continued activity. In many cases, the underlying issue is not execution. It is clarity. The Branding Review was created to help founders and operators evaluate their positioning, messaging, website, customer communication, and overall market alignment. The goal is to identify what is working, what is unclear, and where attention is likely to have the greatest impact. It is designed for brands that want an experienced outside perspective before making their next marketing decision. Is your product story still relevant in a changing world? Periods of disruption do something most teams avoid: they force a pause. And that pause creates a rare opportunity to ask a hard question: Has the world changed in a way that makes our product—and our story—more relevant, or less? Most companies don’t take this moment seriously. They rush back to routine. Same messaging. Same positioning. Same assumptions. But the reality has already shifted... Your customers are thinking differently. Your partners are adjusting priorities. Your category may not mean what it meant a few weeks ago. If your story doesn’t evolve with that shift, it quietly loses impact. So what should you actually do? Don’t overcomplicate it. Use the pause to run a focused internal check: Sit down with key stakeholders (or your co-founder) Challenge your current positioning Look at your product from the outside And ask: Are we solving the same problem today? Does our message still resonate? Are we clearer—or more disconnected—than before? A few principles that matter: • Don’t rush back to “normal” — it may no longer exist • Question what feels obvious — it’s often outdated • Reopen “closed” decisions — context has changed • But don’t break what works — refine, don’t reinvent The goal is not to shake the company. It’s to see yourself the way your customers already do. Because they’re not evaluating your history. They’re reacting to your relevance—right now. There’s always time to go back to routine. There’s rarely a moment that forces you to stop and rethink. Use it. Relevance is not something you achieve once. It’s something you maintain.

A sneeze is more than just a reflex — it’s a pressure wave through your brain. For a split second, blood flow and cranial pressure change, sparking the question: could sneezing briefly affect memory or awareness? The answer? No, for now — but science is evolving, and the question itself reveals how deeply connected body and brain really are.

UBC’s “MycoToilet” is the world’s first mushroom-powered, waterless toilet. It uses mycelium to decompose human waste, neutralize odors, and create compost — a living example of how fungi could redefine sanitation.
