I'm excited to formally announce candidate.fyi has officially reached profitability this month! A business making money? I know. Not exactly what a startup is supposed to do. The funny part? We didn't even plan it. We're just extremely efficient. Will we stay profitable forever? Probably not. Growth has a way of changing the math. Yesterday, we officially wrapped up the first candidate.fyi offsite 3 days of getting together in Austin, Texas. Getting to know each other better - the cool stuff that doesn't come up in 20 minute calls here and there I left with 3 things in mind: 1. Confirmed we have the best damn team around 2. Confirmed we have real people actually working (some of the team works so fast I've always questioned this) 3. We will definitely be doing lots more of these!
