Yesterday we celebrated an exciting milestone at The Stables Phase 1 with our Topping Out Celebration! 🎉🏗️ Topping out marks the completion of a building's structural frame and is a chance to recognize the crews, trade partners, and project team who have helped get the project to this point. Throughout the celebration, team members signed the wood topping-out beam before gathering for a jobsite BBQ hosted by Grovewood Community Development. A big thank you to the Grovewood team for organizing lunch and bringing everyone together to celebrate this milestone. It's exciting to see this former horse boarding site taking shape. When complete, The Stables Phase 1 will provide 85 affordable homes for families in Aurora. Thanks to everyone on the project for the hard work that's brought us to this point. We're excited to keep building and watch this community come together. 🎉 Ground has officially been broken at Creekside Flats! Yesterday, our team joined Archway Communities, Shopworks Architecture, and project partners to celebrate the start of a community that will make a lasting impact in Denver. When complete, Creekside Flats will provide affordable, transit-oriented housing for individuals and families earning between 30% and 80% AMI. The four-story community will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes along with spaces designed to bring residents together—including a community kitchen, kids' reading corner, lounge and pantry space, multi-purpose meeting rooms, and an outdoor courtyard.
