reNEWS - Renewable Energy News edition 579 contains an interesting piece on potential implications for offshore wind as Andy Burnham comes to power. It includes Alun Roberts view that “If a new PM and chancellor come in there could be a hiatus period as they check other people’s decisions before signing off. That’s human nature and politics, but it would be tough on the industry. Alun added “There is a slight risk of a delay to AR8, perhaps even six to nine months if here is some tinkering going on.”
