    La conoscenza è ovunque. Le competenze no. Questa frase di Giulia Burrascano, Busuu, è quella con cui siamo tornati a casa ieri dopo il Learning & Development #TRENDS a Firenze, ospitato da La Marzocco. Grazie a HRC Community - MyHRGoal per aver creato uno spazio di confronto vero su un solo tema: cosa significa davvero investire nelle persone. Tre cose che ci portiamo a casa da questa mattinata: 👉 L'IA aiuta, ma non sostituisce il giudizio, la sicurezza in una lingua o la lettura del contesto culturale (quello resta un lavoro umano). 👉 La formazione più efficace non è quella con più contenuti, ma quella più vicina al momento in cui le persone devono davvero performare. 👉 Il modo di guidare le persone deve cambiare alla stessa velocità del contesto in cui lavorano. Non può restare fermo.     What a week in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 Fresh off PMK in Berlin last week (more on that soon), Dylan and I spent this week at HR of Tomorrow in Amsterdam, where Busuu was proud to be a sponsor. ✨ Huge thanks to the organizers for putting together such a strong community of People leaders.     Every company automated the same things this year, but not every company can still have the conversations that matter. What sets organisations apart is what happens between people: trust, empathy, judgment, and being able to communicate. #AI can translate words, summarise meetings and automate workflows. But it can’t always read hesitation, sense tension, or build trust across cultures. And in global teams, that matters. The conversations that don’t happen are often where companies lose the most value. The idea that isn’t shared, the question that isn’t asked, or the challenge that isn’t voiced. That's why the organisations that do well won't just be the ones that use AI. They'll be the ones whose people can still talk to each other when it counts.     Klarheit. That's the theme of #PMK2026. And in HR, clarity is harder to come by than it sounds.   Clarity about where your people are struggling. Clarity about whether your learning programmes are working. Clarity about what your teams can actually do when the pressure is real, not just what they've completed on a platform.   At Europe's largest #HR congress in 📍Berlin this week, we've been in conversations with HR leaders across the DACH region about exactly this gap: the distance between training activity and real-world performance.   Because your people might have finished the course. But can they hold the meeting, handle the negotiation, or contribute in a room where the working language isn't their own?   That's the clarity gap Busuu is built to close.
