  • 🏃♀️ BR Edinburgh Park Run #1 - complete! ☀️ A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the first BR Edinburgh Park Run today. A small but enthusiastic group came together for what was a sunny 6km run from BR Edinburgh Park HQ to the Union Canal and back, with plenty of great conversation along the way. We loved bringing together property and built environment professionals for this informal lunchtime run focused on networking, wellbeing and supporting Cyrenians. We rounded it all off with a well-earned iced coffee from Patina Edinburgh – the perfect way to cool down, catch up and soak up the sunshine post-run. ☕😎 The feedback has been brilliant, and we're already planning next month's run - with more details coming soon. #BuiltEnvironment #Networking #Wellbeing #Property #Construction #Edinburgh

  • In a sector where project timelines can stretch for long periods of time, for architects and designers, staying front of mind for future clients can be a struggle, which is where a successful PR strategy comes in handy! Consistency is key to seeing results, and one of the ways this is done is by demonstrating expertise over time to build authority and a profile. Partnering with a PR will allow designers and architects to develop insightful commentary on the wider industry including planning and sustainability, whilst highlighting design inspirations, materials and construction on past and live projects, demonstrating the clients knowledge and abilities. If you want your organisation to be leading the design and architecture conversation and to build your profile, then head to our website to read our latest blog to find out how BR can support with your PR: https://lnkd.in/eqyKvpar

A big congratulations to Craig Shield on achieving his Passivhaus Designer qualification. 👏 Building on ORA's long-established experience with Passivhaus projects, Craig's achievement enhances our collective expertise at a time when occupant wellbeing and energy efficiency are increasingly important. At Passivhaus’ core is a focus on creating comfortable, healthy and high-performing buildings that aim to bridge the gap between design intent and tangible performance. With around 15 years of Passivhaus experience already embedded within the practice, Craig's achievement is another step forward in our ongoing pursuit of creating thoughtful architecture that performs for both people and the environment. Congratulations, Craig. We look forward to seeing your new expertise put into practice across future projects!

  • Tick. Tock. TikTok.   Maybe it's time to look at TikTok a little differently!   We know what you're thinking: TikTok isn't new, so why now?    Well. Because buyer behaviour is changing - and you might be left behind.   TikTok now reaches 26.8 million adults in the UK – almost half of the country's adult population – and its UK advertising audience grew by 12.5% in a single year.   Traditionally property marketeers have focused on the point when buyers actively start searching for a home. But today amidst a generation of scrollers, people are discovering new homes and developments, exploring local areas and forming opinions about brands long before they book a viewing.   Rachel Colgan, Founder and Managing Director of Building Relations PR, comments: "We've been creating social content for clients for several years, but this is the year we've made a significant investment in our dedicated Studio team.   Clients don't just need great stories anymore. They need content designed to perform across every platform. TikTok may not be where people buy homes, but it's increasingly where they discover them."   We've broken down what this means for property marketers in our latest Front Row Insights, alongside more detail about our expanded Studio and TikTok offering - explaining why integrated content matters more than ever. • Count Binface, mortgage pressures and climate resilience. It's not the start of a joke; it's this week's news agenda. Westminster has certainly kept us entertained this week, but beyond the political theatre, housing and climate resilience remain central to the long-term agenda. In this week's BR Bulletin, we digest the headlines and trends underneath.

  • Most property content is being underused! 📸   A viewing, a set of keys, a quick walk through - all often treated as one-off moments.   However, they can become engaging, high-performing content with the right approach.   We turn everyday moments like this into something more exciting, watchable and shareable.   If you like what you see, then make sure to stay up to date on what we are launching soon 🙌🏻

  • The Housebuilder Awards are back again for 2026, and we’re celebrating another year of shortlist success for our clients! 👏 Congratulations to everyone shortlisted, with a special shoutout to: 🏆 Barratt London – Best Sustainability Initiative for Bollo Lane, Acton. 🏆 Barratt London’s Step on the Ladder – Best Marketing Initiative, recognising an innovative campaign helping more people onto the property ladder.   🏆 Barratt Redrow - Best Regeneration Initiative for Hayes Village, West London. 🏆 Croudace Homes – Best Design for Three Storeys or Fewer for The Green Collection, Aylesford. It’s fantastic to see outstanding work across sustainability, marketing, and design recognised by the industry. It's another reminder of the incredible work that our clients are delivering across projects and campaigns that are making a real impact. Congratulations to all the finalists, and best of luck for the awards in November! 🎉

  • BR is going up in the world! 🚀 Well our London office is anyway - as we move up to the second floor of our lovely offices at Temple Chambers in Blackfriars. Since moving into Temple Chambers back in the summer of 2024, we have grown as a business. From welcoming new clients and moving our Edinburgh team into a new office, to becoming B-Corp and expanding our team, BR continues to go from strength to strength. With the recent growth of our London team came the need for more space. It's an exciting milestone for BR London that allows the team more opportunities to collaborate, feel the creative energy and gives us more space to grow. Our new (and bigger) door is always open, so if you're in Blackfriars - feel free to come and say hello 👋
