Since joining Builder Circle, Mandy has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a team-first mindset. She’s always willing to step in, solve problems, and help keep things on track, no matter how complex the scenario. In her role, Chelsi supports the day-to-day servicing of our loan portfolio, helping ensure everything runs smoothly from payment processing to loan payoffs. She works closely with borrowers to answer servicing questions, manage account updates, and handle verification requests with accuracy, care, and professionalism. Her attention to detail and customer-first mindset help keep our loan records accurate, compliant, and up to date. Chelsi is also instrumental behind the scenes—monitoring loan activity, supporting reporting and audits, and helping maintain strong internal processes as we continue to grow.
