210% more Google Search impressions. That's what happened after BrokerPro moved their website to BrokerOS. In November 2025, BrokerPro.com was generating 20,515 impressions per month in Google Search. By June 2026, that number was 63,605. No ad spend. No redesign for the sake of redesign. Just a faster, more technically sound website built on a foundation that search engines and AI systems can actually understand. Here's what we did: ➤ Migrated BrokerPro.com to BrokerOS Web in early December 2025 ➤ Launched semantic web improvements later that month — clearer page types, structured data, internal linking, and FAQs aligned with how prospects actually search ➤ Started measuring AI answer engine visibility in May 2026 to understand where BrokerPro appears when prospects ask ChatGPT or Gemini about freight brokerage TMS platforms The results compounded month over month. By June, BrokerPro also hit its highest click total in the reporting period — 1,429 clicks at a 2.25% CTR. Most freight brokerage websites are built once and left alone. Discoverability is not a launch. It's a continuous program. If you're a freight broker wondering why your website isn't generating leads - or why you're invisible in AI search - reach out to us or read the full case study here: https://lnkd.in/eBV-MAUY Full case study linked below. #FreightBroker #FreightBrokerage #SEO #AEO #BrokerOS

Today is the day! Please join Josh Asbury, Zachary Taylor, Michael Kennedy for an overview of how Loadsure and BrokerPro TMS work together to help freight brokers seamlessly insure their cargo. 👉 Register here: https://lnkd.in/ev8_F59X
Freight brokers spend too much time chasing cargo coverage that should already be part of the workflow. That changes today. BrokerPro now integrates with Loadsure, so your team can quote and bind cargo coverage at the moment a shipment is created, without leaving your TMS. Primary cargo, high-value, excess, and gap coverage, all handled in one place. Less friction. More protection. Faster execution. We're hosting a free webinar on Wednesday, July 15 at 1:00 PM ET to walk through how it works and show it live inside BrokerPro. 👉 Register here: https://lnkd.in/ev8_F59X This integration is part of a broader set of capabilities we've been building to help brokerages operate more efficiently in a tough market: • Highway Premier TMS Partner - carrier vetting, compliance, and fraud prevention, no separate contract needed (https://lnkd.in/eWgAiBst) • BrokerPro AI - automate carrier sourcing, tracking, check calls, follow-up, and collections (https://lnkd.in/diKM-_46) • BrokerOS - make your brokerage more discoverable to shippers, prospects, and AI-powered search tools (https://www.brokeros.com/) The goal is the same across all of it: help your team move faster while building a more secure, scalable operation. Hope to see you on the 15th. #FreightBroker #TMS #CargoInsurance #FreightTech #Logistics

Cargo insurance used to mean leaving your TMS, calling a broker, waiting on a quote, and hoping the coverage arrived before the truck did. Not anymore. BrokerPro is now integrated with Loadsure — the AI-powered freight protection platform — so brokers can quote and bind cargo coverage directly inside the TMS at the moment of shipment creation. Primary cargo. High-value. Excess limits. Gap coverage. All of it, in under 60 seconds. No separate portal. No legacy market. No breaking your workflow. As margins tighten and cargo theft risk rises, the brokers who can protect high-value freight instantly are the ones shippers keep calling back. This integration makes that a native part of how BrokerPro works. We built BrokerPro to remove friction from freight brokerage operations. Partnering with Loadsure extends that into one of the last places brokers were still doing things the slow way. Josh Asbury, COO of Infinity Software Solutions: "Freight brokers are under more pressure than ever to move fast without cutting corners on risk. Integrating Loadsure directly into BrokerPro means our users can protect high-value shipments in seconds — without breaking their workflow or chasing down coverage through legacy channels." Johnny McCord, CEO and Founder of Loadsure: "Partnering with BrokerPro enables us to put a highly sophisticated risk management toolkit directly into the hands of brokers. Together, we are making complex coverages like excess and gap insurance an effortless, native component of the daily booking process." Your back office isn't slow. Your document workflow is. Every load generates a stack of paperwork — rate cons, BOLs, PODs, carrier invoices — and most brokerages are still managing all of it through email folders, shared drives, and manual filing. At 20 loads a day, that's 80 to 100 documents moving through your operation daily. The math gets ugly fast: 15 to 20 minutes of document work per load 5+ hours of daily paperwork before disputes even enter the picture Billing coordinators spending 10 to 15 hours per week on reconciliation alone And it's not just load documents. Carrier insurance certs, NOAs, and authority docs have expiration dates too. When those lapse and nobody catches it, you're booking freight with a carrier that's out of compliance. The fix isn't better folder discipline or more headcount. It's a TMS that keeps every document attached to the load automatically — so when billing needs the rate con, the BOL, and the POD, they're already there. We wrote a full breakdown of why this happens, what it actually costs, and how to fix it — including how BrokerPro's built-in document manager handles load and carrier documents natively, and how integrations with TriumphPay, Epay Manager, and RoadSync accelerate the document-to-cash cycle once your workflow is clean. https://lnkd.in/eN74wEgP #FreightBrokerage #TMS #DocumentManagement #3PL #FreightTech

We’re launching the BrokerOS Web Growth Webinar Series, led by Josh Asbury, COO of Infinity Software Solutions. The series is designed to help freight brokers understand how their websites can do more than explain that the company exists. A modern freight brokerage website should help shippers understand what you do, help prospects trust your expertise, support your sales process, and make your brokerage easier to find in search engines and AI-assisted discovery tools. Across this educational series, we will cover: ✅ Why your freight brokerage website is not just a brochure anymore ✅ How freight brokers get found by shippers online ✅ SEO, AEO, and the future of freight broker discoverability ✅ What freight broker websites usually get wrong ✅ How to turn your website into a sales asset ✅ How freight brokers can build online authority You can register for the full series or choose the individual sessions that are most relevant to your brokerage. We are also offering a complimentary SEO / AEO audit for freight brokers who provide their website URL when registering. If your website is not helping your brokerage get found, understood, and trusted, this series is for you. Learn more and register: https://lnkd.in/e4N95QPR

The Supreme Court just changed the liability landscape for freight brokers. On May 14, the Court ruled 9-0 in Montgomery v. Caribe that state-law negligent hiring claims against brokers are NOT preempted by federal law. That means claims can now reach a jury in all 50 states. The ruling doesn't create automatic liability. But it does remove a defense a lot of brokerages were quietly leaning on, whether they knew it or not. Here's the operational reality: If a carrier you booked causes an incident, a plaintiff's attorney will ask what you checked, when you checked it, and whether you can prove it. Informal vetting doesn't answer that question. A spreadsheet doesn't answer that question. A rep's memory definitely doesn't answer that question. What does? A documented, repeatable process that timestamps every step. We wrote a breakdown of what Montgomery actually requires from a vetting standpoint, including what "reasonable care" looks like in practice, why a SAFER lookup alone isn't enough, and how we're helping BrokerPro customers get their process onto a defensible system through our Highway partnership. If carrier vetting is something you've been meaning to tighten up, this ruling is the signal. Cowtown Logistics came to BrokerOS with a website that existed — but wasn't working. Not for shippers evaluating options. Not for carriers looking for a contact. Not for search engines trying to understand what the business actually does. So we rebuilt it. Not for aesthetics — for structure. Clear service pathways. Content that explains the business in plain language. A technical foundation built for how modern search works, including AI-assisted discovery. The result: Cowtown is now surfacing in AI search results alongside significantly larger freight and logistics brands — and they found us the same way their future customers will find them: by asking ChatGPT and Claude for recommendations. That's the shift happening right now in freight. Buyers are using AI tools to shortlist vendors before they ever visit a website. If your site isn't structured clearly enough for those systems to interpret, you're not just losing Google rankings — you're losing deals you never knew were on the table. We published the full case study, including early visibility data and Cowtown's own account of why they chose BrokerOS. Most freight broker websites don't fail because of bad design — though most are really poorly designed. They fail because they were built once and left alone. We just published a case study on how Colby Baskin, CEO of Cowtown Logistics, approached this differently — and what other freight brokerages can learn from it. The short version: Cowtown had outgrown a basic website. The pages existed. They just weren't doing enough: not for shippers evaluating options, not for carriers looking for the right contact, not for search engines trying to understand the business. The rebuild wasn't about aesthetics. It was about structure. Clear service pathways for shippers and carriers. Content that explains what the business actually does instead of leaning on phrases like "reliable service" and "customer-first solutions." A technical foundation built for how modern search — including AI-assisted discovery — actually works. Here's the part that stood out to me: Cowtown found BrokerOS by asking ChatGPT and Claude for recommendations. That's not a marketing story. That's a signal about how freight buyers are finding vendors right now. If your website isn't structured clearly enough for AI systems to interpret, you're not just missing Google rankings — you're missing a growing share of how decisions get made before anyone picks up the phone. After launch, early AI-search visibility data already shows Cowtown surfacing alongside significantly larger freight and logistics brands. That's not a coincidence. It's the result of building the site the right way from the start. What other freight brokers should take from this: Your website is part of your sales process whether you treat it that way or not. A launch is not the finish line. The real value comes from having a platform that can keep improving — with ongoing monitoring, content refinement, and search-driven updates baked into the model. That's what BrokerOS is built to do. Congrats to the team at Cowtown Logistics on building something worth pointing to. It was a great project to be part of. Full case study is linked below — including the early visibility results and Cowtown's own write-up on why they chose BrokerOS.
