After 22 great years, I’m ready for a new chapter. As I slow down professionally, I look forward to making more room for life beyond work.

Last week, we had the honor of celebrating a truly special milestone with a surprise party for Hilmi Alphan Ozturk as he retires from his role as Managing Director and transitions into an advisory position at Complete. As the cofounder of Bluenet, Hilmi started this journey back in 2004 alongside Şükrü Tutak, building what began as a business intelligence consulting firm into a company that now spans the full spectrum of data and analytics. Over the past 22 years, his vision, leadership, and dedication have shaped not only the company but also the people within it. The evening was filled with joy, laughter, and heartfelt moments as we reflected on Hilmi’s incredible journey and achievements. Many of our local team members joined in person, while our remote colleagues shared their appreciation through video messages. We were also honored to have long-term clients and close friends join us in celebrating and sharing their appreciation. Hilmi leaves behind a remarkable legacy, one defined by respect, humility, hard work, and unwavering commitment. His impact will continue to guide us for years to come. We wish Hilmi and his family all the very best in this next chapter. Congratulations on an extraordinary career! 🎉
