  • Three countries, one EU directive, three completely different responses. If you run HR or benefits for a distributed team across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, that gap is exactly what should be on your radar right now. The EU Pay Transparency Directive’s 7 June 2026 deadline has passed. Across the whole EU, only a handful of member states actually finished transposing it into national law on time. In the Baltics, all three countries are heading toward the same destination - but at three different speeds, with three different levels of resistance. • Not every #benefit comes with a login or a policy number. Sometimes it’s just the whole team at a match, cheering for the local side, because someone thought that was worth making time for ⚽️ Benefits shouldn’t feel like paperwork. They can just be a good afternoon together. That’s what Beneflo is built around - support that fits real life, not just a spreadsheet 💙 Curious to hear more? • What 62% of HR Leaders Already Know About Their Own Benefits 💶 A UK survey from money-management advisor Nous Group asked #HR leaders a simple question: are your benefits actually landing? 62% said no — they don't believe their own benefits package is desirable to their workforce. Separately, close to half report poor uptake of the benefits they already pay for. That's not a small-company problem or a communication tweak. That's a majority of HR leaders quietly admitting the budget isn't working. And it's about to matter a lot more than internal morale. For as long as most of us have worked, "compensation" meant one number: the salary line. #Benefits sat underneath it, in a different font, treated as optional color rather than core terms. That era is closing - and #distributed teams, the ones juggling five countries, three time zones, and one increasingly anxious HR lead, are going to feel it first. Read more in the article below 👇🏽

We asked #HR leads at #distributed companies what they actually need from a benefits platform. The answer wasn't "more benefits". It was "less admin". That's the problem Beneflo solves: ◾️ One platform instead of five country-by-country providers ◾️ AI reads invoices and receipts - claims process in seconds ◾️ Plugs straight into your existing HR tools ◾️ Employees see one clear dashboard, no matter where they're logging in from Because when your #team is spread across time zones, the last thing #benefits should add is more complexity. Everything your distributed team needs. Nothing it doesn't. Book a free demo: https://lnkd.in/dVAbgazn #Beneflo #EmployeeBenefits #HRTech

  • The EU Pay Transparency Directive is here. Most companies are treating it like a compliance headache. We see it differently: transparency isn't a burden, it's an upgrade. When people can see what they're actually offered - salary, #benefits, everything - they can finally choose what matters to them. Not what HR assumed mattered. That's the real shift. Not just pay transparency. -> #Choice transparency. Beneflo was built for this moment. Curious to learn more? Book a free demo: https://lnkd.in/dVAbgazn #Beneflo #EmployeeBenefits #EUpaydirective

Most #benefits programmes are built around an assumption: that everyone wants the same thing 🤓 A gym membership. A meal card. Maybe private health insurance if you're lucky. But your team isn't one person. It's a 26-year-old who wants to finally take that cooking class. A new parent who needs flexibility for medical appointments. Someone furnishing their first apartment. Someone who just wants to cover a hotel for a long weekend. One fixed perk can't serve all of that. So we built Beneflo differently 🙌🏽 You set the budget. You define the categories - #healthcare, #fitness, #education, home, travel, and more. Your #employees decide what's actually useful to them, right when they need it. No spreadsheets. No "use it or lose it" gym pass nobody wanted in the first place. Just a benefits programme that flexes to fit a distributed, multi-generational team - because that's who's actually using it. Set the budget. Let them #choose the rest. #Beneflo #EmployeeBenefits

  • Only 9% of European employers have a full pay transparency strategy in place. The deadline has passed. The direction is irreversible. And the companies that act now won't just avoid #penalties - they'll attract better talent. Here's what most are missing: #benefits count as pay. That means your meal allowance, health cover, learning budget, and remote work stipend all fall under pay transparency obligations - documented, consistent, and reportable. This is the gap Beneflo was built for. Every benefit your team uses is logged, categorised, and reportable by default. No spreadsheets, no manual audits, no guessing which employee in which country got what. When your #HR auditor asks for a benefits breakdown - you'll have it in seconds. • The EU #PayTransparencyDirective (Directive 2023/970) has officially arrived. The deadline for member states to transpose it into national law passed on 7 June 2026 — and while only a handful of countries made it on time (Italy, Slovakia, and Lithuania among them, with others like the Netherlands openly delayed), the direction is irreversible. Every employer in the #EU will live under these rules; the only variable is exactly when their national law catches up. The readiness picture is sobering. A March 2026 Mercer survey of 1,600 organisations found that only 9% of European employers have a full pay transparency strategy in place, while Aon's 2026 pulse survey put reporting readiness at just 19% — with manager readiness flagged as the top risk by 84% of respondents. We've been asked a few times where the name comes from - so here it is. "Hermetis" comes from hermetic, meaning sealed. It's an old word with a precise meaning: closed tight, nothing leaking in or out. When we looked for a name, that idea fit better than anything we could have invented - because it describes exactly what HR and payroll data should be. Open to the right people. Closed to everything else. That's the standard the name holds us to: → Employee data sealed inside the country it belongs to → One compliance posture across Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland - no gaps between them → ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, stored in the EU For 18+ years (as AGroup) we built that discipline quietly. The new name simply says out loud what the work was always about. A name you have to live up to is a good name to choose. #Hermetis #TheHermetisJourney #HRtech #Payroll #DataSecurity
