💡 Nas últimas semanas, entrevistamos os founders da nossa rede e uma curiosidade guiou todas as conversas: O que faz essa pessoa tão especial, para além da sua empresa? A resposta apareceu de diferentes formas, mas sempre apontando para a mesma conclusão: não existe um "modo trabalho" e um "modo vida". A intensidade que um founder coloca na empresa também aparece na família, nos hobbies, nos esportes, nos investimentos e na forma como constrói relações. As características que ajudam alguém a construir uma empresa acabam moldando a forma como essa pessoa vive. A curiosidade vira aprendizado constante. A disposição para resolver problemas está presente em diferentes áreas da vida. Até os hobbies, muitas vezes, se tornam novos desafios. Foi isso que mais admiramos nas conversas. Não apenas a capacidade de construir empresas, mas a consistência com que essas pessoas escolhem viver. A dedicação, a responsabilidade e a coragem de seguir criando, mesmo quando o caminho é incerto. É por isso que acreditamos que founders deveriam poder concentrar sua energia no que fazem de melhor: construir. Todo o resto — aquilo que pode ser simplificado, organizado e apoiado por pessoas de confiança — deveria deixar de ser uma preocupação. É esse o papel que queremos desempenhar: estar ao lado dos founders para que eles possam dedicar mais tempo ao que realmente importa. One question guided every conversation: What makes this person so remarkable, beyond their company? The answers came in different forms, but they all pointed to the same conclusion: there is no "work mode" and "life mode." The same intensity founders bring to building their companies shows up in their families, hobbies, sports, investments, and the way they build relationships. The qualities that help someone build a company also shape the way they live. Curiosity becomes a lifelong habit of learning. The drive to solve problems extends well beyond work. Even hobbies often become new challenges to pursue. This is what we admired most in those conversations. Not just their ability to build companies, but the consistency with which they choose to live. Their commitment, sense of responsibility, and willingness to keep creating—even when the path is uncertain. That's why we believe founders should be able to focus their energy on what they do best: building. Everything else—anything that can be simplified, organized, and supported by trusted partners—shouldn't be another thing on their minds. Quem realmente cuida de você e da sua família? Em uma conversa com o Alemão, Luis Felipe Franco, founder da nossa comunidade, ouvimos uma resposta que resumiu muito bem o que buscamos construir na Beacon. "A Beacon quebra a barreira do CNPJ e vai para o CPF." A jornada empreendedora já está cheia de pessoas olhando para a empresa: investidores, conselheiros, clientes e mercado. Mas quem olha para o founder? Quem entende que, por trás do CNPJ, existe uma pessoa tentando equilibrar empresa, família, filhos, patrimônio, saúde e decisões difíceis?
