    🎯 In wafer probing, alignment errors measured in microns can directly impact test accuracy, yield, and overall production efficiency. Yet achieving reliable wafer prober alignment is becoming increasingly challenging as devices shrink and testing requirements become more demanding. The challenge goes beyond camera resolution. Factors such as: • Fiducial recognition under noisy conditions • Illumination on reflective wafer surfaces • Thermal drift and die shift compensation • Stable image processing and alignment calculations all play a critical role in achieving repeatable, high-accuracy alignment.
