One year. One launch. One partnership that delivered through every curveball. The new Energy Safety Canada website is live, and we couldn't be prouder of what both teams built together. Changing requirements, complex integrations, tight timelines. Through all of it, everyone stayed focused and showed up for each other. A few weeks ago, we ran our first AI Hackathon at Axelerant. The brief was simple. Take a real problem from your work, build something with Claude that solves it. No engineering background required. 15 teams showed up. All 15 delivered something real. 1️⃣ Quire: Brahmpreet, Sayan and Sachin built a 14-agent marketing engine that lives in Slack 2️⃣ Foyer: Prateek, Swarad, and Manjula built an AI deal-room that tracks what prospects actually read 3️⃣ Fynn: Ankur, Sharayu and Vishakha built a 7-pillar culture platform that's already replaced Donut across the company And beyond the podium, 12 other teams shipped things that are now running in real workflows. Proud of this team.

30–45 minutes of guessing at the end of every week. That was the Friday timesheet ritual for every engineer here. It's a reflection of every late night, every hard problem, and every client we showed up for. A year ago, we started working with Race Forward on something that mattered beyond the brief — a unified, modern digital foundation for an organization advancing racial justice. Here's what Year One looked like: → Four sites migrated from WordPress, Drupal 7, and Backdrop — all unified on Drupal 11 → Six CDM sites supported with proactive maintenance, extended into 2026 → A foundation now powering the Events Modernization Platform and planning for Facing Race 2028 The real measure of this work isn't the platform itself. It's the space it creates for Race Forward's team to focus more fully on the mission.
