Product teams typically worry more about silence than bad reviews. When our team heard Qualtrics was shutting down Delighted's NPS product, we were bummed. Delighted was easy to use, reliable, fairly priced, and helped our team get real-time feedback from our customers. We couldn't find a good replacement, so we asked ourselves: can we build it before it sunsets? We spun up a prototype and sure enough shipped our in-house NPS feature in time.
