Day 2 of building in public. I actually have no idea where the time went today. Feel like I did nothing needle moving. Updated our creator contract terms, based on our learnings (read more here: https://lnkd.in/e5EFwMq5) 3 of the micro influencers that responded yesterday signed contracts today (yay!) Reached out to some people about Reddit organic. Filmed, edited and posted another TikTok about building in public (need to stop leaving these last minute). Cross posted our TikToks on YT (grew to a whopping 15 subscribers 😂). Set up a new open graph image for the site (doesn't seem to have propagated yet?). Need to get better at sleep and time management

Building in Public - Day 1 I'm already knackered. Here's what I got up to today: Sourced and reached out to 50+ micro-influencers - heard back from 3 (who will hopefully sign on this week as new creators) Fixed a bug on the landing page Filmed, edited and posted a new TikTok video - first in a new building in public series Went on a long walk (needed to touch grass I guess) Consumed an ungodly amount of podcasts featuring Chungin Lee and Zach Yadegari. Trying to absorb some marketing and distribution lessons Started to sketch out what our new onboarding and paywall will look like Absolutely spammed Dr Faris Elsayad and the team with links and messages of ideas and thoughts I randomly had I don't know where the time went. Here's a pic of me and my trusty rubber duck while I try to find the strength to not shut my laptop and doom scroll.

We just 5x'd our revenue in 30 days. How? Micro-influencers with 2K followers. While everyone chases big creators, we went small: → Found TikTokers with 1 viral video → Paid them £20-30 per post + chunky bonuses → Let them create separate accounts Result: 3M+ views, 5x revenue growth. Our best creator? 2 videos over 1M views each. (Shoutout to Aahil Namajee - whose Auralyze account is featured in the screenshots!)
