Astera Labs was proud to open its doors to host the GSA Talent Initiative inaugural Intern Summit, an afternoon dedicated to investing in the future leaders of the semiconductor industry. Interns from across the industry came together for an afternoon of panels and networking. The summit kicked off with Sanjay Gajendra sharing his insights on how interns can bring change and innovation to the field early in their careers. We then heard from industry leaders from Arm, Cadence, LitePoint, Micron Technology, Renesas Electronics and STMicroelectronics who offered a deeper look at the semiconductor landscape and the opportunities it holds. Early career professionals, including our own David Wu and Luca Perrone, also provided firsthand experiences entering the field and building a career in this industry. The semiconductor industry is at a pivotal moment, and the next generation of talent entering the field will define its future. That's why, at Astera Labs, we believe that investing in future talent is as important as building the technologies that drive the industry forward. Thank you to Global Semiconductor Alliance for putting on such a great event, and to every intern who showed up with curiosity and energy – we can't wait to see you next time!

The Astera Labs Vancouver team took over Rocky Point for a day of kayaking, picnicking, some surprisingly competitive games, and plenty of good conversation! The morning started out on the water before the team came together for a picnic with volleyball, spike ball, and bocce. Getting together outside of work gives us a chance to connect, recharge, and build the relationships that make our team stronger. Thank you to everyone who helped organize this outing. Days like this are a big part of what makes Team Astera special. Click through to see the action! #AsteraLabs #TeamAsteraLabs #Vancouver #TeamBuilding

As AI models scale to hundreds of experts across dozens of GPUs, every token creates a new communication pattern across your fabric. Legacy switches force you to choose between wasted bandwidth or configuration delays that leave GPUs sitting idle. Caleb Shetland explains – in both English and Mandarin – why the fabric is becoming the bottleneck for frontier AI. Then check out Caleb's blog to learn how Hypercast™, our AI-native multicast technology, solves this problem at its root: https://lnkd.in/g4fw3t3m #AsteraLabs #AI #AIInfrastructure #Hypercast #DataCenter

Join us at FMS: Future of Memory and Storage 2026 for a CXL Consortium panel on one of the most critical challenges in AI inference today: the memory wall. As inference workloads scale and context windows grow, the rigid memory architectures of traditional GPU servers are becoming both costly and inefficient. CXL memory pooling and sharing are reshaping how memory is provisioned, allocated, and consumed across the hierarchy. Astera Labs’ Sandeep Dattaprasad joins fellow panelists Sumit Puri (Liqid), Luis Ancajas (Micron Technology), and Ronen Hyatt (UnifabriX), for a discussion moderated by Anil Godbole (Intel). After the panel, stop by the CXL Consortium kiosk at the Open Standards Pavilion (Booth 725) to explore how CXL can expand your memory footprint.
