**In 2024, ArtCorgi sold to Artistree.io** ArtCorgi makes unique commissioned art accessible to everyone. Many people struggle to find meaningful, personal gifts for others, and many freelance artists struggle to gain visibility, be paid fairly for their work, and earn income between projects. ArtCorgi enables everyday people become patrons of up-and-coming artists by commissioning unique art from them (based on samples of their work) as gifts for friends, family, and significant others. Like a personal agent, ArtCorgi promotes artists' work, handles payment, manages client communication on artists' behalf, and enables them to sell their work at higher price points (while still taking a modest cut relative to many agents and galleries, who sometimes take up to 60% of the final sales price). Our mission is to help up-and-coming independent artists bring their careers to new heights while still focusing on what they love most: creating amazing art.
