Last month I had the opportunity to attend the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO) conference, and I'm still reflecting on the conversations that came out of it. I had the chance to meet a lot of great people, reconnect with familiar faces, and sit in on several discussions about where our industry is today and where it's headed in the future. Participating in a few roundtable conversations led to some thoughtful exchanges, and a few new friendships along the way. One conversation in particular must have made an impression, because a bottle of my favorite whiskey, E.H. Taylor, showed up on my desk not long after I got back to the office. The whiskey was appreciated, but what it represented meant even more. I've always believed that our industry is built on relationships. Not contracts, not transactions, not technology. Relationships. Conferences like NATHO are a reminder of that. They bring together people who genuinely care about improving healthcare staffing, supporting clinicians, and helping each other succeed. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share ideas and have meaningful conversations throughout the event. And a special thank you to the organizers who put it all together. I'm talking to you, Holly Bass. You're an all-star. Already looking forward to next year. Cheers.
