The Arkade team has been attending GDC 2026 at San Francisco finally debuting the Gaming Gun we've been quietly building for years! The response we've been getting from gamers has been overwhelmingly positive and very enlightening and has honestly provoked a fair bit of thought from myself. The Mouse and Keyboard vs Controller argument has existed for as long as the devices themselves and gaming has existed. As is often the case in life, the right answer is often a third, completely unexpected surprise. If you were around for the 90's and early 2000's then you might remember tuning in once a week to watch WWE, and watch your favorite superstars go at it, with victory all but assured.... that is until of course you hear a blast of loud very recognizable music and all of sudden there's a third contender, and they don't just change the outcome of a match, they change the very nature of the game being played. That's who Arkade are. We're the surprise twist that gets everyone's eyes glued to the screen, and get their butts off their chairs cheering for someone who wasn't even on the bingo card that night.
