Hiring alert 📢 I'm looking for a sales development Representative, who can join our team at Antematter. Requirements: 1-Conduct lead scraping, sourcing, and enrichment based on the Company offering and ICPs to identify new business opportunities. 2-Refine leads and launch targeted outreach campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn and cold calling. 3-Track, report and optimize sales metrics relating to individual performance. 4-Manage inbound leads to qualify them and to book intro calls with the Account Executives. 5-Utilize platforms like Upwork for lead generation and networking. 6-Collaborate with the sales team to support lead qualification and follow-up efforts. Qualifications: 1-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2-Open to learning and developing new skills in sales and outreach. 3-General understanding of the B2B sales process and relevant verbiage. 4-Proficiency in a variety of sales and sales enablement platforms (CRMs, Sequencers, Sales Intelligence/Prospecting etc.) 5-Preferred experience working in an IT firm or related industry.
