Admiral Business has announced a new partnership with ANNA Money to expand embedded insurance for SMEs. The collaboration will integrate Admiral Business' insurance products into ANNA Money's customer journey, helping freelancers, contractors and small businesses access the cover they need at key moments, from company formation through to early growth. The partnership highlights the growing role of embedded finance, bringing insurance into the digital platforms businesses already use every day and making it easier for SMEs to protect what they're building. "What do you like most about working at ANNA?" It's a question I get asked in almost every interview. And honestly, my answer is always the same: the people. When I joined ANNA just over a year ago, I expected to find a fast-growing fintech with ambitious plans. What I didn't expect was a group of people who genuinely care about what they're building, the customers they're building it for, and each other. Over the last 12 months, I've had the privilege of helping grow our teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, Design and more. I've interviewed over a thousand candidates and welcomed close to a hundred new colleagues into the business. One thing that consistently stands out is the level of ownership, curiosity and collaboration across the company. People here aren't interested in maintaining the status quo. They're focused on solving real problems for small businesses and making a meaningful impact. That's why I wasn't surprised when ANNA was recently recognised as one of the UK's Best Places to Work and featured amongst the UK's fastest-growing technology companies. Awards are fantastic recognition, but they're the result of something much more important: creating an environment where talented people can do their best work, challenge each other, learn, grow and enjoy the journey.
