About us
Anjuna created the first Universal Confidential Computing Platform to run applications in any cloud with complete data security and privacy. Anjuna Seaglass isolates workloads in a hardware-assisted environment that intrinsically secures data in every state to create a zero trust environment for code and data. Anjuna Seaglass empowers enterprises to directly control application-level trust policies, ensuring that only trusted code can access sensitive data. Anjuna works with enterprises around the globe in industries such as financial services, government, and blockchain.

AI agents can be your most productive app AND your newest insider threat. According to OWASP's Top 10 for Agentic Applications, the most common security risks for ungoverned agentic AI are: → Goal hijacking (redirecting the agent's mission mid-task) → Tool misuse (turning legitimate integrations into attack paths) → Identity and privilege abuse (acting beyond intended authority) → Memory poisoning (influencing behavior over time, invisibly) As agents gain delegated authority over enterprise systems, their attack surface looks less like a software vulnerability and more like a combination of application, identity, and insider risks, which many enterprise security strategies have not evolved to address them. The immediate question is: how to evolve traditional security and governance model to reap the productivity outcomes of AI agents. Gartner predicts more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by end of 2027, not because the technology doesn't work but because enterprises don't have the controls to make it safe, cost-predictable, or accountable. Unlike generative AI that drafts content for a human to review, an agentic AI can plan, execute multi-step actions, invoke tools, access sensitive data, and make decisions with minimal human intervention. As the risk profile is fundamentally different, the security model also has to evolve. Our new whitepaper breaks down why runtime supervision isn't optional for enterprise agentic AI, and what a proper control layer should look like. When we talk to security leaders about agentic AI, two fears come up consistently. One: what if the agent does something it wasn't supposed to? And two: what if the system governing the agent is compromised? Until now, the honest answer to both was: not with certainty, because the governance layer is only as trustworthy as the environment around it. If that environment is manipulated, the protection disappears. Today, we're addressing the questions with the launch of Anjuna Overwatch, the industry's first trusted control plane for autonomous AI agents. Built on confidential computing technology, Anjuna Overwatch runs inside a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), making the control layer itself incorruptible, verifiable, hardware-enforced, and protected. It enforces context-aware policies on tool use, data access, and agent behavior in real time. Read the press release: https://lnkd.in/gYEPmZaS #ConfidentialComputing #ConfidentialAI

NIST's latest research confirms what security practitioners already know: autonomous software needs autonomous governance. However, in our view, that is not enough. We need to uplevel the governance to be built on elevated trust, not assumed trust. The fundamental flaw in nearly every modern security control platform is that the platforms themselves are vulnerable. Mean time-to-exploit is closing in on zero. When AI-driven attacks can outpace human response, the question isn't just whether your workloads are protected. It's whether your security controls can be corrupted at all. So the question is, who guards the guardians? We're entering the next phase of Zero Trust. We call it Zero Assumptions. That is, every action has to be proven and measured. Critical systems should be genuinely isolated and not just logically segmented, and hardened beyond the inherent vulnerability of software itself. Without that foundation, "trust" is just a word for hoping you won't be attacked. Confidential computing changes the calculus by moving security from assumption to proof. #ZeroTrust #ConfidentialComputing #AIGovernance #ConfidentialAI
NIST has now put mathematical weight behind what many AI security teams have seen in practice: no finite set of guardrails can be universally robust against adaptive adversarial prompts. We all must assume a dynamic of change that is never documented. The enterprise answer is applying the right security activities continuously.
