Most enterprise AI initiatives don't stall because of the model. They stall because of the architecture behind it. In his latest practitioner's guide, Shivkumar K. draws on 35+ enterprise implementations to lay out seven proven architecture patterns, from RAG and agentic systems to evaluation and observability. The impact is real for industries like banking and financial services, where fragmented data and manual reviews carry real cost and real risk. The same rigor extends into life sciences and retail, wherever disconnected systems slow decisions down. For technology leaders ready to move beyond experimentation, this guide offers a clear path to enterprise value: scalable, secure, and production-ready LLM applications. In the rooms where some of history's most consequential decisions were made, enterprise leaders gathered to discuss the decisions shaping the next era of AI. At our latest Altimetrik Executive Exchange in London, hosted in collaboration with OpenAI, senior leaders from financial services, insurance, healthcare, technology, and AI came together to explore one common challenge: how to move AI from pilots to enterprise-wide adoption. Some of the key themes from the discussions included: Jas Narang shared his perspective on what it takes to scale enterprise AI successfully, emphasizing the importance of aligning AI initiatives with business priorities, operating models, and measurable outcomes. Naman Joshi and Marc Montanari from OpenAI discussed how organizations are evolving from experimenting with AI models to building trusted, enterprise-ready AI capabilities that can be governed, adopted, and scaled responsibly. During the executive panel, Rahul Cchetlangia and David Sully highlighted that, regardless of industry, organizations are navigating many of the same enterprise challenges - from leadership alignment and governance to trust, organizational change, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The conversations reinforced a common message: successful AI adoption is no longer just about technology - it's about transforming the enterprise to create lasting business impact. A sincere thank you to our speakers, guests, and partners for making the evening such a success, and to the OpenAI team for another outstanding collaboration. Most observability platforms simply tell you what happened. The next generation will tell you why it matters, in real time. A Single Pane View brings infrastructure, applications, and business transactions into one view, helping teams identify issues faster, reduce MTTD and MTTR, and understand the business impact of every incident. In our latest blog, Principal Architect Priyanka Baruah explores how Agentic AI is taking observability a step further—connecting technical events to business outcomes and helping teams move from reacting to incidents to preventing them. Most industrial AI pilots work. They just don't scale. The real challenge isn't failed AI pilots. It's AI that remains trapped in the environment where it was built, unable to scale across sites or become embedded in operational decision-making. In this piece, our Senior Growth Leader, Shoby Abdi, explores what it takes to move from isolated success to enterprise-wide operational intelligence—and why the organizations that win won't be the ones that ran the most pilots, but the ones that successfully scaled them. Organizations investing in data governance, data quality, and AI infrastructure today are creating a foundation for long-term success. As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, these investments will separate the businesses that can scale AI with confidence from those that struggle to move beyond pilots. In conversation with The AI Journal, Vikas Krishan shares why a strong data and AI strategy is no longer just a technology priority—it's the foundation for responsible innovation, trust, and long-term business value. Read the feature to learn how Altimetrik is helping enterprises build the data and AI foundations needed for resilient, future-ready organizations. Read More: https://lnkd.in/e39mcPSg

Moving AI beyond the pilot stage isn't a technology challenge alone. It's a data, governance, and operating model challenge. Our latest Executive Insight Report examines what leading UK councils are doing to turn AI from isolated experiments into meaningful outcomes for citizens. Read the original post to explore the key findings.
Success in local government AI is not measured by how many pilots you launch. It is measured by what citizens actually get: faster services, better frontline decisions, stronger support for vulnerable communities. That is the core argument of our new Executive Insight Report, "Beyond the Pilot", built on conversations with digital leaders across UK councils. The three takeaways that stood out to me: - The technology is rarely the barrier. Data, legacy systems and governance are. - Shadow AI and duplicated effort are quietly draining budgets. - The winners will be councils with the strongest digital core, not the most AI tools. Read the full report (link in comments) and tell me: what is stopping your organisation from getting past the pilot stage? #AI #LocalGovernment #DigitalTransformation #Altimetrik

The future has always belonged to those not just willing to imagine it, but to build it. This Fourth of July, we’re celebrating the people, partnerships, and spirit of innovation that make progress possible every day. Happy Independence Day from all of us at Altimetrik. Wishing you a safe, joyful, and memorable holiday. 🇺🇸
Every Fourth of July is an opportunity to reflect on what makes America extraordinary. It’s not just our history, but our belief that tomorrow can be better than today. That optimism has driven generations of builders, inventors, entrepreneurs, and dreamers to create what once seemed impossible. Today, as AI reshapes what’s possible, we’re guided by that same conviction: the future isn’t something we wait for- it’s something we build. As we celebrate Independence Day, I’m grateful for our incredible team, our clients, and our partners who are helping build what’s next together. Wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and meaningful Fourth of July. Happy Independence Day. 🇺🇸 #America250 #BuildingWhatsNext
