RealWear Collaborate 2.4 is live! Here's what's new: → Auto-Accept Calls When your device rings on the charging station, just pick it up and put it on. The call connects automatically. → Auto-Call on Undock Set a contact once in the config file. Every time the device comes off the dock, it calls that person automatically. Ideal for shift starts and handovers. → External Contacts Collaborate used to be limited to your internal team. Now you can configure it to see and call external contacts, suppliers or service providers directly from your contacts list. Plus smarter contact display, cleaner group management, volume controls on non-RealWear devices, and a time-sync alert so you're never out of sync. The journey of building the RealWear Arc 3 Base has been one of my favourite engineering challenges. A simple idea on paper. A complex piece of hardware in reality. We wanted a dock that feels solid, connects instantly and just works in any environment. Dozens of prototypes later, countless tests, long evenings in the lab and a lot of small decisions that made a big difference. Seeing the Arc 3 Base now roll out globally and become part of the daily workflow for frontline teams makes every iteration worth it. Big thanks to everyone who helped shape this product. On to the next chapter.
