A customer's complaint is a gift, but not all customers leave feedback, and a business cannot always see all its problems. Often, stuff simply falls through the cracks, and teams cannot follow up on everything. Companies working directly with customers, patients, and passengers suffer the most. Problems with staffing, shift scheduling, and even basic household items, such as unexpected mess in the restroom... Businesses are simply unaware of some service problems that are screaming to their customers. Statistically, 2% of customers leave their reviews on social networks. Many of them hurt the company's reputation for no reason: all the business needed was to help "shine the light" on the problem to fix it quickly. -------------- To solve this, we created AirVote®. Power North America Airport Satisfaction Study really caught our attention. 💰 Passengers who rated their airport experience as "perfect" spent an average of $42.39 in the terminal - $16.54 more than those who rated it as "just OK." ⭐ The catch? Only 11% of airport journeys were rated as perfect. It's a great reminder that customer experience isn't just about satisfaction - it also impacts revenue. While visiting the Netherlands 🇳🇱, we stopped by the historic Museum BroekerVeiling 🏛️ - and came across something that really puts modern sanitation into perspective 🤔 An old outhouse… built directly over the canal 🚽🌊 No pumping ❌🚛. No servicing ❌🧼. Just straight into the water 😬 At the time, there was little awareness around hygiene or contamination ⚠️. Most complaints people had were actually about the odor from cabbage floating in the canal from the nearby market 🥬😷. Meanwhile, a baker 🥖 was washing his hands in that same water 🫣💧 Hard to imagine today 😳 Times have certainly changed - and for good reason ✅ Cleanliness 🧽, sanitation 🚻, and user expectations 👍 have come a long way.
