Happy New Year from After18! We are looking for Trustees to join our Board. We are a Leicester-based charity, supporting young people who are seeking asylum to navigate life in the UK. Every year, we we provide invaluable education support and wellbeing activities to over 200 young people. Our aim is to help young people feel a greater sense of community, and develop essential skills to help them through adulthood! To help us sustain this vital work and shape our strategic vision, we need Trustees. Previous board experience is not required. We welcome diverse perspectives and lived experience. Desirable! Expertise in any of the following: IT, HR, finance, safeguarding. Commitment: 4-6 meetings per year.
